We've dealt with them since 1990's. They provided an alarm service for us. Most recently, it's been bad. One time, it's been twp years ago. They came in to do some work to reroute some wiring to accommodate a renovation we were doing. In the process of doing that, they disconnected and left disconnected about 30% of our system and we didn't know it for months later. We just happen to open a window, it never gets open and opened a door that hardly gets opened and the alarm system didn't go off or didn't change it's status. We knew something was wrong so we called them back. They fixed it but of course they were the one who disconnected it and never bothered to reconnect it. That was one issue. Another issue is we were having a number of false alarms and they kept coming out to troubleshoot the system and could never fix it. They responded, they just didn't do good work when they got here. I will never use them.

This is quite possibly the worst vendor I have ever dealt with in my professional career ( 30plus years) The work was sub par and the owner is not only incompetent but is aggressive and abusive. He attempted to charge us for work that was never done and will try it intimidate you into paying. Be advised to read his contract carefully!!

Terrible...They wound up cancelling the first scheduled date the day before...rescheduled for second time..callked around 4 p.m. the day before to tell me owner is going on fishing trip and won't be able to make it...what a waste of my time!!
