 + -1 moreTotal clean was contracted to do all my downstairs windows inside and out as well as just the outside of the upstairs windows. He told me it would be $6 a window to do inside/outside/sills/screens and $4 to do just the outside. He did not charge a travel fee and gave me a first time discount.
Description of Work: Edy (owner) and Samuel were very professional, very friendly and did an awesome job. Edy did all the inside, brought in a tarp to protect floors and even took off his shoes. They cleaned inside and outside to a polish finish, cleaned the sills and screens. I am so pleased that they will be back twice a year from now on. Also, sent an email to our whole community (23 homes) and won't be surprised if he ends up doing all their windows too. In the late fall, plan to have him back to power the siding and walkways plus all windows & screens on the outside. Great job!

Description of Work: This was a no-show/no call incident. When I called the contact to determine if the company would show up to do the work, he admitted to forgetting about my appointment. The honesty is what garnered a grade of a D instead of an F. I asked for several other dates to reschedule and he would not accommodate any of them. I was particularly incensed because I rushed home from what I was doing in order to be at my house on time for them.
