Clarksville Construction Services, Inc.

We recently hired Clarksville Construction to handle a remodel of our master bathroom. Our sales rep, Keith, spent a great deal of time with us working through the changes we wanted made, offered helpful suggestions and worked toward arranging the specific time frame we needed to have the project done. Our project manager, Gene, made sure the project started on the day requested and kept progress moving forward so that everything would be completed timely. Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved. We have done similar projects like this in the past and have at times faced pushback and argument when problems arose. Not with the team at Clarksville. They were committed to making sure we were happy with the end result. What a refreshing attitude and much appreciated!

Keith L as my salesperson and Gino R as the project manager were fantastic to work on my screened in porch and stone patio. They worked within my budget to build exactly what I wanted and completed it on time. Thanks Guys!!

Every member of Clarksville was incredible! From sales, construction crews and office staff. As always Keith is awesome when it comes to understanding my vision and ideas. Gino the project manager was also awesome in making my vision come to life. The crew was wonderful. So skilled in their particular craft and their workmanship is awesome. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Clarksville Construction for the excellent work done in my home. The interior ceiling covered in ship lap, beautifully done with craftsman precision and expertise. They also built a brand new gorgeous Trex deck, that we are thrilled with! Francisco and his crew, Omar, Victor, and Justin were skilled, professional, and easy to work with. Our project manager Gene Rainaldo was easy to reach, always responsive and very organized keeping the project running smoothly. Mike, his assistant, very helpful with any task asked of him, and always with an upbeat attitude and smile. Our salesperson Keith Lorance delivered everything that was promised in our initial discussions, creating a trusting and positive experience for everyone. Thank you all so much.

They were separate projects. They were organized, skilled and easy to communicate with!

He did a great job

Well, I cancelled the appointment through the app. the night before by sending an email to the link on my contractors page, and also replying to a previous communication from, Aaron, my assigned contractor. Truth be told, the contractor never received EITHER of the messages to keep him from waisting his time. So this young man, Aaron, called me while he was standing in front of my beach house which no one was at (reason for canceling) ready to do my project, as you could imagine, I felt horrible he was waisting his time. This young man was soooo polite, bubbly, personable and not even the least bit upset about standing in front of an empty house, knowing he was losing money for that job today. And for that human reaction, even though he didn't get to do the job, He deserves an A+++ rating for having EXCELLENT customer service skills which are very hard to find. Kristina Miller
