We had a wonderful experience using Lisa's Elite Sedans Service. I had made the reservation online months in advance of our actual trip and Boris confirmed the appointment then and again 1 week prior to our departure. Boris arrived about 15 minutes early on our departure day and kindly waited for us while we got our bags and locked up the house. He arrived in a brand new SUV and had water available for us to drink. The vehicle was super clean and comfortable and Boris kept us entertained with stories of his native St. Petersburg, Russia. He also picked us up from Reagan National upon our return and drove us back to Herndon. Again, everything was impeccable from our pick-up to drop-off at our home. We plan on using Lisa's Elite Sedans for all our travel needs going forward.

Called the day before my Mother's birthday to arrange a limo to take my parents to and from their birthday dinner. Boris was very professional to deal with and I was able to arrange and pay for everything over the phone. My parents said the driver was right on time and wonderful throughout the night.

Within minutes of submitting my reservation, Boris called to confirm the rate and time. The day before the pickup, he called again to confirm. On the morning of pickup he was right on time. The ride went smoothly - car was spotless and Boris was very friendly. I picked Lisa's because of 1) Angie's List reviews and 2) Price as good if not better than others. I was not disappointed. I will be using Lisa's again.

I chose Boris because he was highly recommended on Angies List and he did not disappoint. We needed to find reliable, professional car service for my 90+ year old mother in law on Christmas Day. When I phoned Boris to discuss the booking he was very helpful and assured me he would take good care of her. He telephoned to confirm booking day prior. He arrived early on Christmas Day and telephoned as requested once he was on his way. He helped my mother in law in to the car, he was courteous and caring. He came back in the evening to take her home. My mother in law was very happy with the service she received and would recommend Boris to her friends. More importantly she would definitely use his limo service again - that's all the recommendation we need!

Boris confirmed pick-up time the day before service. He was on time and very professional throughout the evening.

I called Boris in early November 2012 because i needed to make a 5 a.m. appointment at a hospital in DC. Boris arrived 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up time. He was courteous, the SUV was spotless, and the service from beginning to end was professional. We called Boris again to pick up our son from the airport. Our son had taken the red-eye and was scheduled to arrive at the airport in the wee morning hours. Boris contacted our son in advance to exchange information, he was available when my son got off the plane, and he delivered our son home safe and sound. We have decided that as long as Boris is in business, he will be our car service of choice. I've even recommended him to several of my neighbors and friends.

Boris was amazing! He arranged and confirmed my limo service very quickly. Michael showed up right on schedule and was fantastic. The Towncar was clean, comfortable and rode well. Like a lot of people, I've had difficulties with finding reliable limo service. It's great to finally find a service that can do it right.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Boris returned my call within an hour of leaving the initial message requesting an estimate. This was the first time we'd used a limo service, so we discussed price, how early we needed to leave our home, etc. On October 11th, Boris arrived at our home @ 15 minutes early in an immaculate SUV. He loaded our bags (for a 2-week cruise) into the back and we proceeded to Dulles. Bottled water and newspapers were available for our convenience and the trip to Dulles went off without a hitch. On the way to Dulles, Boris explained the process for our return trip. We gave him our flight number so he could track the flight's arrival to ensure he was there when we returned. Our return trip on October 24th was one airline SNAFU after another. Our initial flight was over an hour late, causing us to miss our connecting flight and resulting in our being transferred to a flight 4 hours later than the one Boris was expecting in Dulles. So instead of arriving at 3:45 pm on one flight, we arrived at 7:55 pm on another flight. Calling from Germany in the wee hours of the morning U.S. time, I left a message with our new arrival information and hoped for the best (I was using the airline's phone since our cell phone plan doesn't include international calls). When we finally got to Dulles, we had to retrieve our luggage and clear Customs, a process that took @ 30 to 45 minutes. As soon as we landed, I called Boris who told me they'd received my voice-mail message and that his driver Michael was at the airport. He asked where we were in the process and told me where to meet Michael. Michael met us in an executive town car (which was also immaculate and easily accommodated all of our luggage) and we headed home. At this point, we'd been up from 5:00 am Venice time and were exhausted. It was wonderful to have someone readily available to take us home - it the only bright point in a hectic day. Our entire experience with this service was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy, from start to finish. We tipped both drivers for the excellent service they provided. Despite all the maneuvering required to "connect" at Dulles on our return trip, there was no additional charge. I'll use Lisa's Elite Sedans in the future and heartily recommend them to anyone requiring reliable limousine service.

I identified this company by checking Angie?s List for A-rated limousine services. I agree with other reviewers? favorable ratings. The company appears to be a small operation, but that may be why it is able to be so responsive to clients and provide excellent service. I contacted other limousine companies in the Baltimore/DC area, and some of them did not even acknowledge my correspondence. The owner of Lisa?s Elite Sedans, on the other hand, replied within an hour to an e-mail sent at 3 a.m.! More importantly, he quoted a competitive price, which did not change (no unexpected add-on fees), showed up right on time for a 5:15 a.m. pick-up, and arrived with a stepstool as promised (but not needed after all) for the luxury SUV. Included in the price quoted for the limousine service was a discount given to Angie?s List members. I would definitely use this service again.

Boris was without a doubt the best driver I have ever used. Not only was he on time but very responsive during the ride and friendly throughout the whole event. I have and will continue to recommend this company as a service to be used.

This company provided great service. Boris (the company owner) was very friendly, professional, and punctual. The car was a large SUV, in very new condition (though it smelled a little bit of smoke). They also provided complimentary bottles of water and magazines, which was a nice touch. We were happy with his service and would recommend it.

Boris provided excellent service from initial contact, communication and of course the actual transport. He was very professional & polite at all times. On top of that the cost was very reasonable @ $75 + gratuity. i would definately use again and recommend their service.

Boris helped to make a birthday surprise even better. He promptly picked us up at our home and waited for our neighbors to drive from Tysons to Old Town at the end of rush hour. It was relaxing. He pointed out the vehicle amenities, provided reading material while we waited and made sure all our creature comforts were met. Due to lack of parking, he was prompt to respond to the pick up text and took a beautiful route home past the monuments and DC at night. The perfect ending to a wonderful night. We will not hesitate to contact him again. The planners appreciated his prompt replies to availability on short notice.

Boris was exceptionally professional and courteous from initial contact to final drop-off. Highly recommend him for your next event/airport run. The vehicle was new, spotless and roomy, even for our family and luggage. I had called around several places for quotes, and in the end, his quote was on par with other companies when accounting for additional baggage and passenger charges. There were no hidden fees, no challenges with the booking, and service exceeded my expectations, even after reading the reviews on Angies List and other places. I don't use taxi/shuttle services often, but this was by far the best experience I've had.

Boris (owner) was very kind and helpful in setting up the car service for some visitors of mine from out of town just a couple of days in advance of when I needed a car. The driver, Michael, was excellent (even putting up with my less than perfect guests). He arrived early and was flexible with timing. I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Both drivers were prompt, professional and courteous. Boris called the night before to confirm my address and Michael was punctual for my pickup at BWI airport. The cold bottled water provided was a welcome treat after a long flight.

Arranged for Boris (Lisa's Elite Sedans) to pick up at DCA airport. I had a last minute option that I might have been on an earlier flight, so called Boris and let him know. While he said schedule would be tight, he committed to make it happen if I needed an earlier pick-up. While I didn't need the last-minute schedule change, they were very responsive to my needs. The service was perfect ... scheduling was easy online, pickup on-time, credit card processing very professional. These guys are now first on my list for car service in DC area!

Couldn't have expected any better service !!

I had to go to an out-of-town business meeting, and because the location of the meeting was exotic, my husband opted to accompany me. Unfortunately, shortly before we were scheduled to leave, my husband developed medical issues that left us in some doubt as to whether or not he would accompany me. When he was cleared, the day before my flight, I contacted Boris (based on his ratings on Angie's list) and asked if he could drive us to the airport. Despite the short notice, and despite the fact that we had to leave at 3:15 AM to be sure of arriving in time for our overseas flight, Boris actually arrived early at our house. His vehicle is comfortable and clean, and we appreciated that we didn't have to wait for him to pick up other people, as has been the case for some other services we've used in the past. He provided us with cold water to drink, and was pleasant company for this early morning drive. When we reached National Airport, he offered to drive us back home when we came back 8 days later. Even though our flight arrived shortly after midnight, he was in telephone contact with us within minutes of when our flight landed, and he picked us up shortly after we told him which door we'd be exiting. Again, he drove us between National Airport and our home for $75, and as he had done when he picked us up, he again offered us cold water to drink during our drive. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend him. I definitely expect that we'll use his services again.

Used Angies List to find a highly recommended sedan service for a first trip into Washington DC. Boris responded quickly and professionally. Arrived right on time with a vehicle which could accomodate 5 travellers. Ride into the city was quick and direct. Scheduled a pick up for 3 days later. Boris followed up with a pick-up morning text message to confirm time and place of pick-up. Arrvied 15 minutes early to ensure that we could arrive at airport with time to spare.

The service we received was excellent. The price was right, Boris showed up on time (a few minutes early), and his vehicle was clean and presentable. The kids were dropped off without a hitch. He was outside waiting for them ten minutes before the prom ended and they were taken without incident to their next destination. We would definitely use this service again (although not for another prom--one was enough!).
