I made the reservation on line a few days in advance. There is a glitch in their credit payment system. So, I had to do it over later on the phone. We chose Lisa?s Elite Sedans LLC because being late for our flight was just not acceptable. Missing this flight would have meant missing the boat sailing in Vancouver. Boris called the next day after I made the reservation to be sure we were squared away. We were picked up at 3AM but were not charged for a before/after hours premium. The $72 was the total bill. That was only a few dollars more than Red Top would have been. Boris was fifteen minutes early, helpful and professional. We were delivered safely and on time. Highly recommended.

I talked to to the guy in person and he gave us the expectation that we'd have a limo. I even got a computer confirmation. He never showed up and never called me back! We had to frantically find someone else to take us so we didn't miss our flight. They did respond right away, but due to the fact that he didn't show, I can't possibly recommend this service.

The driver was on time, courteous, well informed and responsive to our needs. We were picked up at our hotel in Arlington and after the evening returned to same. We had him drop us at one point and called by cell phone to be picked up at each location. The car was in good condition, roomy for the four of us and clean. The driver was responsive, informative and very professional.

They picked up my wife at Dulles and drove her back to Baltimore. First there was some confusion as to the right date and then her flights were changed while in route!! Despite this, they worked with us and showed up at the right time. My wife reports they were courteous and terrific. Highly Recommend....thanks Vladimir, etc. Worth the cost...

Bravo to Boris! He arrived early which allowed us an on time departure. His car was spotless and the bottled water was a God send that early in the morning. We appreciated his casual conversation all the way to the airport and he even discussed why he was taking a specific route to the airport. I could use the cliche of kind, courteous, etc, but with Boris, that's a given. This was just plain awesome and we'll use him again!!! Thanks Boris and Lisa's Elite Sedans.

Lisa’s Elite Sedans was prompt and on time. He was very professional, pleasant and funny. He let us have our privacy, which was awesome. He was really friendly and I really liked him and his demeanor. We had a wonderful time. The vehicle was very nice. We chose a Suburban because we were going on a wine tour. He has other vehicles available too. We changed up the itinerary on him and he was fine with that. He even took pictures with us at the end. The Suburban was really nice. It was brand new. It was clean and well kept.

Boris was prompt & professional. the vehicle was spotless and comfortable. He made us feel like we were his regular customers even though this was our first time. The bottled water supplied was a great perk

I used Boris' service before and was very satisfied. Therefore, I asked Boris to pick up my friends from Hong Kong, who have a 2 year old along, at the airport. Not only Boris was so professional and waited almost 2 hours (it took a long time for them to go through custom), no complaining, but also he had the car seat prepared for the toddler.

The service was great, and above all, Boris was absolutely punctual and totally professional. We had easy and pleasant trips both ways, with much time to spare. On the price, I have no basis of comparison because we don't use limo services too often, so I went with everyone else's evaluation. But I was so happy about the reliability because I have had bad experiences in the past with services that were supposed to be good. We strongly recommend Lisa's Elite Sedan Services.

I emailed the company and Boris, the owner, got back to me right away. He also gave me his contact information and we had a few email exchanges to confirm my plans. He picked us up at the airport. He was on time, professional, and very pleasant. I would definitely use his service again and would highly recommend him and his company.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boris and his service. I am a bit of an anxious traveler but from my first contact with Boris I felt very at ease / comfortable with his service. He monitored my flight and was at the airport right on time to pick me up. His sedan was exceptionally clean and comfortable complete with bottled water and chocolates for a snack. We used his services several times during our stay . not only was he punctual for our transportation,he always arrived a little earlier than the scheduled times. Boris also communicated with me frequently to reconfirm specific dates and times. And, he was spot on telling us the best times to start out to make our way through the very congested D.C.traffic. Boris is a very professional,considerate gentleman. He is enjoyable to talk with and treated me and my family of five very well. He is also a very safe and courteous driver He also gave us a nice discount when I told him I had chosen his service after reading his excellent reviews on Angie's list. However,even prior to the discount, his rates were very reasonable. Transportation from BWI was less than the other few services I contacted I asked for several of his business cards . I gave some to my congressman's office (when I asked them earlier for a reliable limousine service they did not know of one) then I kept some to share with friends for their next trip to D.C. . In a nutshell, I was so pleased with such a wonderful reference from Angie's List that I am now going to sign up for a full year's subscription and refer to her list on a regular basis......Thank you Angie and thank you Boris

Boris was great! He was prompt and even called ahead to let me know that traffic on I-66 was bad and that we should plan to leave earlier than scheduled so as to not miss dinner. We was very friendly and courteous, we would definitely use him again for transportation. He has a number of different sized vehicles to support whatever your party needs.

All went perfectly. The car arrived early. Everything and everybody loaded up no problem. Dropped off at the airport in plenty of time. Do's: call Boris. Don't: Worry.

Let me just begin by saying that Boris was absolutely incredible in so many different ways. From the initial contact, all the way to the final payment, Lisa's Elite Sedans was a total breeze to work with. I hired Boris to drive my girlfriend and I around for the Valentines day night. I had planned multiple stops and timing was critical because I had planned to ask my girlfriend to marry me that evening. There were so many moving parts, and its nearly impossible to plan around DC metro traffic, but Boris put my mind at ease right away. He showed up at the pickup site 30 minutes early, on his own time, just make sure that he was punctual. One of the first things he told me was not to worry about how late it goes because I clearly had enough going on, and that I didn't need to worry at all about his service. AND HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CORRECT! With Boris at the wheel, I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy my new fiancé as well as the rest of the evening! I can't thank Boris and Lisa's Elite Sedans enough!!! I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can count on. ALSO, his prices were VERY competitive, a huge PLUS in my book!

They were very good. It was good communication and they were on time. The cars were nice and clean. There wasn't a smokey smell and the quality was good. They were a little pricey, but they were in line with everybody else. I just think in general the industry is pricey.

Friends were supposed to host me near Dulles Airport, then cancelled due to illness at last minute. I therefore reached "Boris" at Lisa's Elite Sedans the night before around 9pm, requesting a 6am pick-up. I thought his quote of $70 sounded expensive, so I called around to the airport shuttles and several cab companies. The two major airport shuttles/vans had HORRIBLE reviews online, for which I called both of their customer service lines and got nowhere with their high school-aged clerks. They may deserve their rotten reputations as I wrote to both companies online subsequently and never heard anything back. I also called a couple of high-end DC hotels to ask for referrals to reputable taxi services... and ultimately the prices quoted were the same as Lisa's... or more. I called Boris again around 9pm, requesting pickup at 6am the next morning. We discussed traffic concerns. He arrived early, waited for me to collect myself as I left my house. I think he did a great job and I would trust him again.

The trip was perfect. Boris was on time at 5am to pick me up in DC, near the Sliver Spring border. Car was a new SUV, perfectly clean and stocked with water and chocolates. We traveled south approximately 2 miles to pick up 2nd passenger and then headed to Dulles through downtown DC. Boris was a great driver and the trip was perfectly smooth. We ended up returning earlier than scheduled but Boris was able to accomodate the change in plans. He picked us up cubside at Dulles at 5pm and we traveled back to DC on snowy roads via Beltway. Traffic was heavy at American Legion Bridge, so Boris detoured us through the city Again, return trip was perfect with car stocked with water and chocolates. I will continue to use Boris for every trip. He is extremely courteous, considerate, and his prices were great, especially considering pick up/return times and stops for the 2nd passenger. Can't recomend him highly enoough.

Because of the unanticipated inclement weather, we called Boris the night before and he very cordially accepted the request to take my wife to the airport. He arrived early, took care of the bags, and quickly got her off to her flight at National, entertaining her with stories along the way. Her return trip was equally uneventful. We've used other limo services, but this was by far the most pleasant by far. We will be using Boris and his associates again in the future.

First class pick-up in a sparkling SUV from Clarksville, Maryland for a Gala event at Dulles Airport through rush hour traffic. Boris picked us up, was an outstanding driver and totally in control. He got us to the event exactly on-time and we were quite proud of exiting our SUV. Boris returned when we called near 11:00 pm and was again outstanding in getting us back home. Everything was first class and I recommend him to everyone for his service. He was great !

Called Boris. He picked me up personally from Ashburn, Va to Union Station. Arranged for a 3:30 AM pickup. He was on time, got me there quickly, safely and there were two bottles of water available in a large, comfortable SUV, he allowed me to control the temp in the back, and there were Hershey Kisses available as well. Nice touch. Boris mentioned when dropping me off that morning to not worry about paying until later that night, as he was picking me up at Union Station later that day. He was there when I got back at 5:30 and he drove through pretty thick DC traffic. I fell asleep on the ride back, even. Smooth ride and I would highly recommend his services to anybody wanting reliable, comfortable, fairly priced transportation. Total fee included tolls and tip.

We used Boris & Michael to get us from Chantilly to Washington National (and back) for a weekend trip. Michael picked us up outbound & is excellent. He was early (5 minutes) which was perfect. Michael was courteous, professional and couldn't have been better getting us to DCA exactly as promised with no detours,etc. Boris (the owner) picked us at DCA on our return and got us back home quickly & efficiently. The cost was well worth it and actually, considering parking for 4 days at DCA plus the hassle of driving in early on a Friday and returning at rush hour on Monday afternoon, it was comparable in amount but saved us all of the headaches!

Heating and airconditioning service is performed twice per year and they always find small repairs which saves me large expenses on my AC.
