I apologize for this very late review. I chose Lisa's Elite Sedan's from Angie's List for a special occasion based on the reviews that I read, and I was not disappointed. I received excellent, prompt and professional service, and the price was what I had been quoted. My friend and I were picked up from her residence, taken to the entrance of the Kennedy Center, and picked up after the concert, and returned back to her residence. The vehicle was immaculate, and since I am disabled, I was given assistance entering & exiting the car. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend the company, and would use them again.

Lisa's Elite Sedans was wonderful. They contacted me immediately, and gave us a quote for transportation services. Their price was very fair and we made arrangements. We were picked up on time and arrived at the airport promptly. On our return trip we enjoyed the same level of service. Both the transportation and the service were excellent. Michael and his associate Azizis were very professional and caring individuals. They are to be commended for their dedication and professionalism. We will definitely use Lisa's Elite Sedans for all of our future transportation needs.

Driver was waiting for me upon arrival to Dulles.

He showed up right on time in a nice,VERY clean SUV. Was extrememly polite and professional. Upon our return to the U.S. he called on my cell phone and had already checked the status of our flights. We agreed to contact him as soon as we picked up our baggage. He was in the cell phone lot and was at curbside about 3 minutes afterf the call. My wife was thrilled with the punctuality and convenince. Pricier than a cab?? Yes---worth it? Every penny. Will use again.

We had a fabulous experience! Mr. Aziz was at our home more than 15 minutes early for a 6:30AM pick up. We needed a vehicle that would carry 2 adults and 3 kids (plus luggage!) to National Airport. The car comfortably seated all of us and accomodated our luggage. Mr. Aziz couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I forgot to make arrangements to be picked up from the airport and brought home and called the morning of our return. Mr. Michael took care of everything! That afternoon, we were picked up at the airport (with all our luggage) and brought home. It was so very nice. I will definitely use them again and would also highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with this company. They arrived to our home on-time and got us to the airport with time to spare. They also called us the day before to confirm our car which was reassuring. Our flight was early in the morning so it is always a little stressful to fight traffic during rush hour, etc. but everything went fine. We would call this company again.

Chauffeur was very attentive and professional. We had a very nice time. I would have wished the price were a bit cheaper but for 4 hours I think it was probably reasonable.

Michael, the driver, arrived about 15 minutes before our scheduled time. We went directly to the airport. The car was clean and well maintained. Michael was great - friendly, helpful. I made it to the airport well in advance of my flight. I will definitely use this service in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

Couldn't have been better. In a nutshell, clear understanding of my requirements, punctual on both ends, large comfortable vehicle...and even bottled water after a tiring return trip. Mr. Mlodik has his act together and I give him top grades in all categories?the best of several livery services I've used over the years.

Confirmed trip the day before. Arrived a little early. Helped get my 88 year old mother in the car. Very polite and safe driver. Car clean and comfortable. Driver offered us waters as an unexpected extra.

Driver showed up promptly in a spotless car. He drove us very comfortably to the airport and we chatted all the way. He offered to pick us up when we returned (though we did not use this service.)

Fabulous!! This was my third time using this service. Boris arrived early in a detailed luxury SUV and quickly tended to our needs. He loaded our luggage, welcomed us as guests, provided us with ancillary services ( beverages, reading materials, etc) and started off our journey in style. We arrived at the airport on time and relaxed, which set expectations for our return. During our return trip, our expectations were exceeded. Boris patiently waited for us to clear customs, picked us up curbside, and safely navigated us through traffic back to our home. Throughout our experience, Boris was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. We will definitely use Lisa's Elite Sedans service again! Great service and good prices. Boris was very attentive to my phone calls to reserve, and a pleasure to do business with. He was very flexible in picking me up from DC, and driving me to Frederick, Maryland. I even moved the time up by two hours on the day of pick up - and he was still able to accommodate. The car was very clean, and stocked with water and small candies. Boris was very pleasant and nice to chat with. I have used several sedan services, and can say that this is this is the car service I plan to use from now on! Highly recommend.

I have used this company several times now to transport to/from the airport for business trips. I chose them based on others' feedback on this site and also because you are able to book on line. There is good communication and fast response to queries; the driver showed up promptly to take me to airport and drivers were at airport waiting to pick up when needed. They check on your flight status and keep in contact by text/email so you feel they are on top of everything. Car was clean and comfortable. The cost was comparable to other services. Only down side is that they automatically add 20% gratuity to the fee. I prefer to choose how much I tip the driver based on service.

He is expensive,but the service is terrific. He actually stayed and waited an hour for us.

Made reservation via their website about two weeks ahead of time for transport from home TO BWI airport. Got acknowledgement and confirmation number. No van or call at 10 minutes past due time on day of trip. Telephoned the service and got a driver who seemed very confused. First he claimed I was not on the list. Then after I gave him the confirmation number, he said he was stuck in traffic and couldn't get us FROM the airport. When I explained we needed a ride TO the airport, he still claimed he couldn't help us. I tried to ask him about sending another vehicle, and he just repeated that he was stuck in traffic. When I asked him outright whether I was going to have to make other arrangements, he said yes. Also during the call the driver asked me to hold on, and then either hung up on me or somehow broke the connection so that I had to call him back. I am very unimpressed with this business and cannot understand how they have gotten so many positive reviews on Angie's list.

Boris provided my husband and I with excellent service. We needed to get to BWI from the Asburn Va. area. I looked on Angie's list and called. Boris answered the phone and all of my questions with a friendly attitude which made my decision to book with him easy. He arrived on time in a clean car, provided water for the long drive. He was polite and helpful. During the ride to the airport we arranged pick up for our return trip home. I was impressed, that although our flight would not arrive until 12:30am, he was eager to take on the job. I would definately use Lisa's Elite Car Service in the future!

Boris gave exceptional service. He arrived to drive us to the airport exactly when we asked and got us to the airport in a nice clean suburban. He picked us up after our trip right on time and got us home quickly. I will use him again.
