Both perfectly professional and delightful.PIcked us up exactly on time, drove expertly, and talked to us about his life, background and business and about language, since I have a great interest in both.He also made arrangements for a colleague to pick us up from Dulles when we returned, since his schedule would not permit this. Boris made a huge difference to our trip since we had no worries whatsoever about transportation to and from Dulles. His service is by far the best we have ever had.We will be using his services from now on.He is a gem.

Boris was responsive, professional and on time. Most importantly, I found him to be a good driver that pays attention to the road and drives at appropriate speeds for the traffic. He also has fresh bottled water in the car which is a nice touch after long plane flights. I have already scheduled my next trip with him.

I sent inquiries to several vendors but Boris from Lisa's Elite Sedans called me first. When I told him i needed a car for at least 9 kids and up to 12, he told he'd call me back shortly after looking into availability. He got back to me within 15 minutes. After some discussion we decided on the Party Van and he sent me a contract to sign. I found the price to be comparable and often better than other quotes that I received. Boris told me he would meet on the night of the event when the limo driver came to pick up the kids to ensure that everything was to my liking. Two days before the event, Boris sent an email to confirm everything and to reconfirm his commitment to meet me at the appointed time. The limo and Boris arrived about 10 minutes before time. He allowed me to look inside the vehicle - very clean, music was pumping, decorated for partying - everything you'd want as you go off to prom. All parties met at my house and after many photos, the kids were off. I was assured that all laws would be followed to include the divider window being down the whole time (as is the law when you have riders under 18) and no alcohol further supporting my decision to hire a limo from this company. Boris and the driver extended nothing but complete professionalism to me, other parents, and most especially, our children. Without question, I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone needing dependable limo service. I was extremely pleased.

Service was exactly what we expected and at a very reasonable price. Boris was very easy to book the trip with and when our flight was cancelled and we needed to reschedule to the following day, he was able to accommodate us with a simple phone call. The vehicle was clean, he was on time, and he was pleasant. What more could we ask for?

It went perfectly. Boris was early. The SUV was perfect, with pleanty of room for the people and the luggage. My father was able to get in and out, in spite of a bad leg. We made it to the airport in plenty of time and it was about the same price as a cab.

Our experience was absolutely terrific. At the last minute my husband needed a ride to the airport and did not want to take a cab because the last two times we had pre-arranged a cab with a local service the cab did not show. I started calling around to various services listed on Angie's list and the first one that was both available and a decent price was Lisa's Elite Sedans. I spoke directly with Boris and he was lovely and incredibly responsive. He assured me that he had someone who could be at our home at the appointed time, even though I was calling within two hours of when my husband needed a pick-up. Boris assured me that he would not charge my credit card until my husband was dropped off at the airport. The driver arrived a few minutes early and when my young sons wanted to go outside to see the "big black car" the driver was incredibly sweet to them - he let them climb in the back seat and he offered them (after checking with me first) each a small piece of chocolate. The backseat was stocked with bottles of water and chocolate and plenty of leg room. Boris called me shortly after my husband was dropped off to ensure that the pick-up and drop-off had gone smoothly and then confirm that it was okay to charge my credit card. My husband, who is particular, raved about the service and was so pleased that he arranged a return pick-up on the spot. The return pick-up went just as well and we look forward to using Lisa's Elite Sedans as our preferred provider for our business travel going forward.

Overall, it was a great experience. The driver was prompt (early for both pick-up times), courteous and professional. The car was very clean and extremely spacious. The driver set out water and chocolate which was a nice touch. I called the compnay on short notice (a few hours beforehand) and the man I spoke to was accomodating in finding a driver to meet our needs. We probably would have saved money by booking farther in advance so something to consider next time. The only drawback to the whole experience was that the man I spoke to was a little short with me at times but I'll chalk it up to stress associated with a last minute booking. Other than that, I was happy to use Lisa's and their service made our night out on the town a great, stress-free time!

We were very happy with the service. After searching on Angie's list we found that Lisa's Elite Sedans had great reviews. We were late booking the ride, only a few days before the flight to Costa Rica, but Boris was kind enough to accomodate us on Christmas Day! It was a 5:00 a.m. pickup and he arrived right on time and in good humor, providing water in the car. Boris was courteous and non-intrusive, quiet when we were quiet yet happy to talk when we wanted to. His communication was great, texting to confirm information and stay in touch. Pickup on the return was just as smooth. Boris tracked our arrival with the airlines and was ready for us when we landed. I recommend him to friends and would absolutely hire him again. Reliability is a great asset when you're catching a flight!

I used this service to travel to and from Dulles Airport. Boris was very prompt in picking me up for an early flight out of Dulles and was able to re-schedule a pick up when my flights were cancelled.The SUV was very clean and I will use this service for future travel.

Boris was promptly on time at 4am even though we made the reservation the night before at 10pm. The SUV was well maintained, very clean, and free water was made available to us. We appreciated that Boris utilized his GPS to navigate us directly to the airport as we wanted to arrive 2 hours before our flight. We were able to pay with our credit card and the receipt was sent via email. Boris' organization, reliability, and excellent personality prompted us to request his service on our return flight 3 weeks later. Once again Boris was promptly at the airport ready to take us home. As expected, the SUV was well maintained, very clean, and free water was made available to us again. Boris maintained records of both our address and payment information so that all we had to do when we got home was thank him for bringing us home safely. I highly recommend this taxi service as its focus is on genuine customer service. Thanks Boris! We'll see you on our next trip!

Very prompt pickups both from home to airport on Monday and from airport to home on Friday. Boris was even 15-20 minutes early on both occasions. Very courteous service. I highly recommend it forpersonal and business trips.

This is the only transportation service I've used for the past three years. Boris is extremely reliable, courteous and professional. He is usually waiting in front before our scheduled time, so I know I'll get where I need to be on time. He enjoys what he does and it makes want to stick with him.

It was worth the cost to have a spacious vehicle and not to worry whether they would show up and be on time, but on the return trip there were plenty of cabs waiting at the Metro station, and we paid one of them less than half that. Still, next time I *have* to get to an airport or train station on time, I would probably pay that premium to use him again.

He was very accommodating and he got us on our way very quickly. We had a great ride, he helped us with our bags, and he was just a gentleman. My friends used him a few weeks after we found him and he fit them in within 24 hours. The fleet vehicle is a beautiful Tahoe and he showed up in a suit; we got luxury service for the same price as the adequate service we received previously.
