Description of Work: They picked us up at our residence and drove us to Regan National Airport. |The driver was early, polite, and got us to the airport in an efficient manner.

Description of Work: Transportation for 4 persons and 10 pieces of luggage from Gaithersburg to the Baltimore cruise port. The driver was very helpful and quite congenial. We changed departure times twice in the 18 hours before our trip started because the cruise company contacted us with information that boarding would be delayed by 8 hours, then again to inform us that it had been moved back 5 hours. When I notified Lisa's Elite Sedans they were very accommodating (both times) and understanding of our predicament and they twice adjusted the pickup time to resolve the problem. Their SUV was clean and comfortable and the proper size for our needs. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Picked me up at 4:30 AM to take me to the airport. He was on time. Also was on time for a return trip from the airport. He is reliable and provided clean and comfortable transportation.

Description of Work: i called to talk to this company about transportation for my daughters wedding . i was interested in july 2013 whoever answered the phone was very rude, he laughed when i gave him the date and wanted to know why i was calling so early, he told me he would call me back but never heard from him

When I moved here from Charlotte I went through a lot of bad car services that were over priced and not helpful but Boris even shows up early because of traffic concerns! He's been very helpful and he's never let me down!

Description of Work: I would highly use the service again and recommend it to others. I was going to the airport . The price is about the same as a taxi. He was early to pick me up and did not rush me. He carried my luggage to the SUV. Once in the SUV her offered me bottled water and mints. We arrived at the airport early - good to do with all the regulations. I also used the service to return from airport. It was outstanding service. Professional , punctual and an overall a great service
