From start to finish, working with this firm was a delight. I felt that I was in the hands of professionals who knew precisely what they were doing and were considerate of my circumstances. Because I was paying this bill personally, they didn't rush the job but made sure that my care was available on the date/time promised to minimize rental car fees.

Bethesda Collison has done several repairs for us and each time they have done an excellent job. Having compared their prices with car dealership collison repair shops there is no reason to go to the dealer. They provide excellent pricing on labor and order the parts for our cars right from the manufacturer, They are very professional, timely and pleasant to work with. I have never run in to any issues and I have had to have used them three times.

I found them friendly and helpful. I might use them again.

I finally decided to repair my front and rear bumpers. It turned out to only cost slightly more to replace them so that is what I decided to do. The work was done in two days and my car looks brand new again. I am quite pleased with the results.

It was fixed on time, but the service manager said the internal wiring in the part was wrong. He arranged for a subsequent visit to correct the wiring while I waited.

Service was polite and thorough. Much more expensive than I anticipated for the overhaul, but understandable given the age and mileage of the vehicle.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of this shop. Both jobs were done to my satisfaction.

We found the front bumper of our Toyota Crossover pulled away from the wheel well, probably because one of us backed up while there was a log near the front right wheel. No scratches, but some torn screw holes in both the bumper cover and the wheel cover. We took the car to Jim Coleman, the Toyota dealer nearest us and got an estimate: $875...to replace the bumper cover and the wheel cover. Then we took it to Bethesda Collision Repair, even closer to us. They looked at it, said it was a minor repair and estimated it would take an hour or so and would cost $92. I left the car there the next day, they called me at 1PM to say it was ready. Looks good as new!

I was scraped by an equipment trailer, causing cosmetic damage to 2 panels at the front of the car. The estimator gave me a written estimate with all of the details. The work was done well, the paint was matched and the damage is undetectable. There were no surprises or add-ons. It took a few hours longer than originally estimated, but I was kept informed. I probably could have had it done less expensively somewhere else, but the other driver paid for the repair, and there is a car rental at the location, so it is very convenient.

I went to this repair shop to have my car repaired after was hit by a driver with USAA. This was the nearest shop that was on their preferred vendors list. They were nice enough but I read really bad reviews about them crashing cars after the repairs had been done and the paint smells that made people sick so I chose not to use them. Also, they spoke badly about a repair shop that has done a great job for me in the past.

My car is a 2007 Mazda 5 They have a standard service to repair this kind of bumper damage. They explained it clearly, explained what would (and would not be fixed) and gave me options. Overall easy to do. Repairing the trim was more complex. I bought the car used and this trim piece (running board under the sliding doors) had been damaged previously. Once it was off you could see the repair attempts to hold this onto the car. The trim piece was cosmetically OK but could not easily attach. A replace part was over $550 plus tax and labor. I asked them to see if they could do whatever type of repair was possible. They called back and said they could do it for around $200. Saving me at least $500. Thanks

They were very good. My car dealer recommended them. The experience was very good.

Body work performed under insurance claim to USAA. The collision center has a direct relationship to USAA and the paperwork process could not have been easier. There was a delay in completing the body and paint work but the final product is excellent. Other than the delay, the only negative event I would report was the loss of the front license tag. The company offered to reimburse us for tag replacement. Nice people to deal with. I am pleased to provide this very positive report to Angie's List.

The did a great job. Others said I needed a new transmission, but they were able to just fix it.

They were really professional, honest, and thorough. They also gave me the option to use after market parts which were much cheaper and indistinguishable from brand new ones. They clearly showed me what was damaged and what needed to be replaced and discussed my options with me. The car looks like it was never in an accident. They even washed it for me so I could inspect the final results more readily.
