AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had engine issues that I took to Bethesda Collision. For starters, what was quoted as a 1-Day job turned into a 4-Day job. After charging me approx. $1,600 for the parts/labor involved in the job, they informed me it needed additional engine work – but that it had to be taken to a dealership because they were unable to do that type of work. Was told, however, there wouldn’t be an issue driving the vehicle from the shop to the dealership. Well the car died on me 3x on the 20min drive to the dealership. When I finally got there, car was completely dead. Dealership techs inspected vehicle and said the timing chain/belt work I had just paid for was a) installed improperly and b) parts that should have been replaced during the work were not. These two (in)actions resulted in additional damage being done to the engine compared to when it was originally dropped off. Went back to the shop to seek a refund for the work I had done – explaining what was told to me by the dealership (which they sent me to) – and they would look into it. Received a call 40min later and told that they would not refund any amount. That if there was an issue with the work done on the vehicle, I should have returned it to them and given them a chance to “fix” it (which, I believe is what I just paid them nearly $1,600 to do – or, I guess, not do?). This, despite the fact that they had nearly a week to get it done right the 1st time (and didn’t) and that the car was completely dead. Mind you this all happened around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening – when they close at 6:00 on Friday’s and are closed Saturday and Sunday. Personally, I will never take my vehicle there for any type of service. I encourage you to do the same, unless of course you like to pay a bunch of money to have them not do the job correctly, do additional damage to your vehicle, then give you the runaround and fail to admit they made a problem and/or took on a job they knew they couldn’t handle. ZERO STARS. ZERO RESPECT.

Well. They did a great job. Car looked brand new when they were finished and the repairs have held up well.

Fantastic shop, very professional and informative staff, provided very detailed description of the work and was very responsive whenever I called.

Had the car in for an initial inspection same day. At that time, suggested a week and a half worth of work... subsequent detailed inspection showed more serious damage. Car ended up in repair shop for two 1/2 weeks. End result looks good... no issues with the car following repair (three weeks out). Communication during repair was good. They dealt with auto insurance seamlessly (from our perspective). No hassles with staff, management. They double checked a strange noise right after the repair...had a mechanic take it for a drive... haven't been able to reproduce...hopefully it's nothing. Appreciated their time & responsiveness following up after te repair. Just in terms of getting there... It's a bit challenging to get in & out of their place of business... limited parking, etc. But it didn't pose any real problem during our trips there.

My experience was a very positive one with lots of frequent and detailed communication. The work took about 2 weeks and was paid by insurance, so I am less able to judge on price. But on quality of work, I'd rate it as very high. Bumper and fender look like new. They sent regular e-mails and calls and told me everything they were doing at each step of the process. Lynn was my point of contact and always very responsive. Car also came back clean and with a car wash gift certificate (since it has been too cold to do them). Good choice if using USAA Insurance because an Enterprise rental car is attached, making it easy to pick up and drop off a loaner.

They were fine. They were efficient. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They were very professional.

Excellent on the front fender, and they noticed that I had previous work done on the door, and it was done poorly by another body shop. Their photos and explanation allowed me to get the previous insurance company to cover the cost of getting the door fixed correctly. The previous insurance company sent an adjustor out to examine the car, and then agreed to pay to have it done right. When they started prepping the door, they found that the previous shoddy work from the other body shop was worse than though, so they worked directly with the previous insurance company and got a supplement payment so they could do the job right.

they were quick, attentive, and worked hard to get things done right. they gave me options on OEM versus after-market parts, and were easy to talk to.

So far so good. The repair and paint work is holding up after 6 months.

I think they could have tried harder to be faster and get things done.

They do beautiful body work with such finesse. Real craftsmen. Have had fender replaced, pebble guards replaced, and a ratty looking, worn out seal around the windshield replaced within the last month. Had something else done a couple of years ago. You couldn't ask for a better experience.

It was good. I heard about them on Angie's List. They did a very good job. The place is a little run down.

I got a better price here than from another nearby body shop I had used in the past.  The quality was just as good, if not better.  The estimating was also well done, though there was a part that was not anticipated in the estimate and was added on later.

Looked great afterward.  We had many dents and did not use insurance.  quick and accurate estimate.

The people were wonderful. Worked well with insurance co. Repairs were done timely and well. They were even ready to lend me money for a cab when I forgot my wallet. Very professional staff. And they are co- located with a rental car company which, although it was not cheap, made it very convenient to drop off my car and rent a car for the 4 days it took to repair my car.
