We have had a miserable time with pool companies. One after another have come in and not been helpful except for taking our money. Nick and Watermark Swimming Pool Services were AMAZING! It was a hard spring with all of the rain and the project did get delayed, but it wasn't because of Nick. He kept me informed of what each step would be and if the weather impacted the work or not. I could not be happier with the entire experience! Nick has a customer for life!!!!

I am absolutely thrilled by the service and quality of work Watermark provided. We worked with Nick who very helpful and informative. The crew always came on time and left the work site so clean. The pool tiles and coping look amazing. We also had drain covers installed in the deep end of the pool and our skimmers were adjusted to the height of the pavers. I highly recommend Watermark Pool Service Company. Nick always kept us informed as the work progressed. He was a pleasure to work with. If you need any work done on your pool, this is the company to call.

Watermark owner Nick Leinbach has lead his team in repairing my pool on three occasions over the past few years. I wanted to share the positive experience with others. They have identified and repaired a spa drain leak, completely resurfaced the entire pool interior plaster and most recently found a leak and replaced the spa light and resolved the leak. In every situation Nick has been responsive and relied upon his expertise to solve the problem. His team is professional and very technically knowledgeable and complete the work on time with care for my property. They make the extra effort to ensure to protect my pool furniture, surroundings and leave the site in perfect condition when the work is finished. Nick even phones to follow-up that all is well with the customer. I have recommended Watermark to my neighbors and they too have received excellent service from the Watermark team. I sleep better knowing that I may rely on this fine company to service my pool in the future.

Sent a email to the owner of Watermark pools on June the 16th. Asking 4 a quote on replacing the coping stone around my 20 X 40 in ground pool & resurfacing my concrete deck. Cost between $20K - $25K not a small job. The owner sent me a email on June the 19th to set up a date to take a look at the job. I told him I flexible and I could works with his schedule. Didn't hear from him. On July 6th I called Angies List. The owner called to set up a time, he did come out on July the 8th, check out he job said he would email me a quote. Today is July 21st. So from my 1st email to WaterMarks on June the 16th, today is July 21st no Quote . Six weeks, if he didn't want to do the job Y did he waste my time. I give Watermarks & the owner Nick a F-. .

We used the services of Watermark Swimming Pool Services Inc. The last date of service with them was in October of this year. They are very professional, prompt and the quality of work seemed exceptional. My interaction with the provider was good. For the price, they were comparable.

Excellent! Color and texture was exactly as Nick described it and quality is perfect.

After trying to get tiles repaired on our negative edge pool by others for over a year, Nick came and got the job done! He clearly knows his business and is fairly priced. His crews did a very professional and attractive job and am looking forward to next summer with a pool with out half its tiles missing.

- After the hard winter of 2013-14 with many precipitation and freezing events , the original waterline tile on my 15-year old in-ground pool began to fall off in several places. - After researching all the pool restoration companies on Angie's list I decided to contact Watermark Pool Services because of their numerous glowing customer reviews. Although it took a week and several tries to have them respond to my inquiry, Nick did call me and set up an appointment to come to inspect my pool on June 7th. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, carefully inspected my pool's condition, and discussed my options for repairing the tile and bonding along the comping stones along with cleaning the plaster and replacing the failing caulk around the comping stones. Nick answered all my questions and did not push or try to sell me any additional restorations services that I didn't need at that time. - I receiving Watermark's estimate about 14 days later, accepted it and sent them a deposit check for 1/3 of the balance. I picked out new tiles on July 9th and Nick ordered them. - A pool restoration crew of three arrived on August 9th. They completely removed the old tile and installed my chosen new tiles on that first day. The crew was very professional and did high quality work. Jorge, the crew chief, was particularly good at explaining the work being done and keeping everything on track. The next day (Saturday), Jorge came back and performed the lite acid wash which removed years of heavy metal blue stains and made the plaster look amazing. On Monday, Jorge came back with an assistant tocompletely re-calked around the pool between the comping stones and the pool deck. - Thanks to Watermark Pool Services, I now have a beautiful, clean, and properly sealed pool that will stay that way for years to come. They were easy to deal with and they did fantastic work.

In the Fall we noticed a few areas of loose tiles in our swimming pool and we called out a local pool company to assess the situation and they determined that both the tile and the coping needed to be replaced and provided a quote. We decided to sit on it until the Spring and now we?re revisiting the issue. Now that Spring is here we called the 1st Company for a revised quote and pointed out a few missing items on the contract like water and caulking. They came back with a second quote that was $3,000 higher than the quote they had provided in the Fall. We also called Watermark and another company to provide a quote. Nick from Watermark was very responsive, we had no problems contacting them and he came out within a week to assess our pool issues. He was on time and considering the traffic in our region I wouldn't have cared if he was a little late. Nick thoroughly evaluated the condition of the tile and coping and said that we shouldn't do anything at this time. He said that there is some degradation in the coping, but we?re not going to lose any bricks anytime soon and it is not an immediate problem. He made a similar assessment about the tile. There are lose tiles but retiling the entire pool would be overkill at this point. He suggested that we could make some minor tile repairs ourselves if we?re concerned about the aesthetics, otherwise wait. This is good news for us, we have a kid getting ready for college and we do not need major pool renovation at this time. We?re very glad we talked with Nick and would highly recommend consulting Watermark for any pool repair or renovation work.

Nick Leinbach was just excellent to work with.. He kept me well informed of everything that would be going on and his crew could not have done a better job.. the pool looks beautiful and I have Nick Leinbach to thank for that.. I would highly recommend Watermark to anyone considering pool renovation.

The work was great! Their price was very much in line with other companies. They are a very good company. They were here when they were supposed to be here. We worked closely with Nick, the owner. He explained everything very well to us. If Nick was not on site, there was always a project manager on site that had great communication with Nick. Nick has had his crew for at least 15 years and they are all very professional. They completed the work in about two weeks. We did have a couple of problems, but they came right back and fixed them. They ensure that their customers are satisfied. They even give a two year warranty on the work they do which is the longest that we found. I would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job. The team was on time and professional. The owner checked in on things and obtained feedback. It took them about a week to complete eth work. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. Everything turned out great and they did a really good job.

We got bids from three companies off Angie’s List. Watermark was in the middle for cost, but they were willing to work with us on a time frame. The pool cover is outstanding. It is a perfect fit and we could not be happier! The only problem is that they took the pool back in March when they finished plastering and they lost it. It did take them until October to return a new one that was made for us. It was unfortunate that it took so long because all of the leaves had fallen into the pool. However, we are happy with the cover. They did clean up well after each project and you wouldn’t even have known they were here.

I had tried using their website form to contact them and it didn't work, so I called Watermark and Nick picked up. After explaining to him what we needed, he agreed to come out at a day and time I specified some weeks away. Tried contacting Watermark again a couple times--once to find out what the price would be for the consult and once to confirm the appointment--using the website and phone, but got no reply. That's the reason for the "B" on responsiveness. BUT... Nick showed up on time and was very professional. He took some of the pool cover off and gave us his assessment of the condition of the parts of the pool he could see. He answered all of our questions about what it takes to own a pool. We are going to use the information he gave us to decide whether to keep the pool or not. He explained what his company does and approximately what he would charge to help us get our pool ready for use (draining and cleaning). He gave us approximate costs for various aspects of pool ownership. We were thankful for the information Nick gave us and asked what we owed him for the service. Nick said we owed him nothing for his expertise and time. He just asked that we give him the chance to bid on the draining and cleaning of the pool if we decided to give that a shot. This was the icing on the cake. Nick's professionalism and sense of customer service was welcome and appreciated.

Watermark was quick to survey the job on my pool and make me aware of the problem quickly and provide a solution. A quote for service was provided within a few days and the actual billing was right on target. Nick was professional and informative and I could not have had a more pleasurable experience since I have been dealing with pool companies for over a decade and I was impressed. EXCELLENT!!!

He was SO thorough and really made me feel confident in my purchase. He was honest and open about any issued the pool had.

Nick was very prompt and knowledgeable in his assessment of my damage and what was needed to be done for the repairs. His price was very fair and in line with other contractors. I wanted to deal with a local company that I could trust - and it appeared to me that Nick runs that kind of company. He said the job would take a week. Once the work was started, his employees did a great job, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and let us know each day what they completed and when they would be back. The job was done when he said it would be, on time, no extra charges even though they did a little more than in the statement of work. The job took a minor delay due to weather, but the project was still done in about a week's time as promised. We are very pleased with the coping and tile work that he did - my pool looks brand new (plus the new tile brightened it up quite a bit!).

Nick and his people did everything as promised. Started on time, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. I waiting to comment here until well into the following season to judge the quality of their work. It is holding up very well. Looks great. I would use then again

It was a pleasure to work with Nick of Watermark. He was very helpful in choosing the products to be used. All of the steps involved were clearly explained. All of the people who work with him were very hard workers and very pleasant. Any problems that arose were quickly resolved. Nick even came to address a problem on 4th of July weekend. I was extremely pleased with the finished product.

Everything went well. The gentleman was great, and he provided a detailed estimate.

The pool renovation took 8 weeks from estimate to completion (June 3 - July 22). This included redecking, which was done by another company that was recommended by Nick Leinbach, the President of Watermark Pools. Estimate: Mr. Leinbach came out and inspected the pool damage on June 3. He provided an estimate around June 10. He then ordered tile samples that we had selected from catalogs to be sent to my house. After comparing with another estimate (which was very similar), we submitted a deposit about a week later, and Nick ordered the tiles and coping. Throughout this process, Nick answered all my questions very promptly via email. He inspired confidence, and was able to start sooner than the other company. Work: The next step was removing the cover and draining the pool. This work began around June 23. After the pool was drained, the old plaster was removed using some process that is more environmentally friendly than sand blasting. This is a very messy and noisy process while it is happening, but the workers contained the mess well and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. The coping and tiling work was done next. The old coping and tile were removed. There was a possibility that more damage to the underlying structure would be discovered (Nick had mentioned that in advance), but we were fortunate that his original estimation of the extent of the damage was accurate, and the work was done within the original estimate. The tilers that Watermark employs are highly professional. Their work is precise and meticulous. We are extremely pleased with the tiling and coping. This part of the process is neither very noisy nor messy. Final choices: Nick came to our house to finalize the choice of plaster color. From samples, we selected a blue color that would work well with the tiles, and we are very pleased with it. It was worth the extra $2,000 in our opinion. Nick also recommeded a company that does decking repair/replacement. We were pleased with the work of that company as well. (The cost of the decking was separate from the cost of the pool renovation.) Replastering: There was a bit of a delay due to the plastering machine needing to be repaired. Once the plastering was complete (another noisy process!), water was trucked in. Nick arranged for that. (The cost of the water is separate from the pool renovation.) At no charge, Nick completed all the normal pool opening activities. He also explained how to brush down the surface and maintain the water balance in the best way to preserve the new plaster, and recommended someone who could continue with pool closings and openings in future. Final work: Watermark Pools returned immediately after the 3-day decking work was completed to install the caulking between the coping and the decking. Our goal had been to complete the pool in time for our son's return from camp on July 22, and that is exactly when the pool was ready for use. Overall: Nick was highly professional, responsive, and very informative all throughout the process. This is his family's business, and all the work he oversaw, from start to finish, was of the best quality. This was an expensive undertaking, but we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Initially, Nick came out and looked at the pool while the cover was on (so even though he pulled the cover back at the problem areas, he couldn't fully assess the situation). He told us he could replace the tiles for a low price, but he thought we probably had a situation where other tiles would soon fall off. So he suggested we consider replacing all the tiles at the waterline. This work was about 5 times more expensive than just replacing the tiles, but it would be a more permanent solution. We decided to go the more expensive route and picked out a couple of choices for new tiles from Watermark's web link catalog. Nick came by to show us samples so we could make a final choice. By then the pool was open, so Nick did a more detailed assessment--and told us we didn't need the more expensive work. He advised us to simply replace the tiles that had fallen off, so that's what we did. His men showed up on the scheduled date and did the work very quickly (less than two hours, I think), and it just looks beautiful. Terrific job, excellent workmanship, and polite, helpful and honest people. Couldn't be better!
