I got Valpak coupon for $49 single furnace, unlimited vent, furnace tune up and 2 exhaust vent clean up. They show up on time. The gentleman stating that my furnace has mold on it and he offer me deep cleaning, First he gave me price of $1200. After all negotiation, he come down to $500 for both my furnace. but he didn't honor my coupon and charge me directly $500. That guy is very dishonest and not trustworthy. I fall into cheap coupon but it was nightmare that I lost my hard earn $500 for cheap guy. Until he convince me he was talking nicely with me, as soon as I allow to use their extra service, he turn out to be arrogant and not giving answer to my question. At somepoint I decide to kick out them from my home but then I thought that due to time constraint lets stick with them. BUT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND USE ANGIES LIST.I wish I had research earlier.

I received a coupon for $30 all duct cleaning. can't beat that! They came in with 2 dead mice that they "Found" in my ducts. they insisted I needed to sanitize rounding this cost up 10 fold to $300. After they left, I read several reviews where they saw them pull a mouse of their pocket. It's an alleged scam to get you to sanitize your home. I didn't see this happen, but I would not use them in the future.

They were sloppy and installed the wrong unit. Their service was very poor.

USAir Duct & AC LLC gave us a quote of over $1000 saying that we had mold and they had to rip everything out. They are really dishonest people. We know this because we had gotten two other competitor quotes and actually had the work done for $250 because we don't have mold issues.

Received valpak coupon advertising $49 unlimited Vent per single furnace cleaning. Called to schedule appointment and again verified coupon and they stated it is unlimited vents per Single Furnace. Technician arrived promptly on service date, but right away told me that the coupon is only for exhaust vents, not return vents and that return vents will be an extra cost. I told him that when I scheduled appointment they stated all vents per single furnace. Nothing was mentioned that return vents are not part of the price. Now the quoted price of $130 (+$50 for exhaust vents) is no big deal, but I feel this was dishonest of the company. The gentleman was nice and tried to convince me that it was a great deal. I told him I do not do business like this and this was false advertising I finally had to kick him out of the house because he kept telling me that it was not too much and they are already there. Kicked myself for not checking Angies List first...got caught up with the cheap price...now I know why it was so cheap. One phrase for this company...Bait and Switch. If you were honest with me in the beginning, total price of $180 was no big deal and my vents would be cleaned, they would have their $180, and I would be typing up a good review in Angies List. One more item, tried calling to complain and was refered to a phone that kept ringing.

We had a coupon for them for $89 for service, inlcuding cleaning and filters. They came in initially and told us the price would be over $600. I negotiated them down and agreed to include filters for the furnace. They gave an invoice stating the filters would be included. They said they would ship the filters within 1 week, but they have not arrived. They did not do the 21 point checkup they or most of the other work they said they were going to do. The work they did do was not quality work either.

The company technician who provided my service was a shyster and a poor representative of the company. He and his helper tried to scam me on performing the actual system cleaning for which they had been paid. He also pulled the oldest trick in the book (having his telephone ring and acting like it was his supervisor calling to cut me a better deal on purchasing a 3-year service contract). I did in fact ultimately purchase the service contract at 50% of the original quoted price.The technician and his helper used subpar equipment for a home the size of my house and stated the job had been completed when I expressed surprise that they were done so quickly after arriving. In fact, they never cleaned my upstairs return vent of floor vents. I immediately called the company after they left and I threatened to stop payment on my check unless they sent another crew to my house to perform the service that should have been provided. To the Company's credit, they immediately provided me the cell phone number for the manager. When I spoke with her, she was apologetic and immediately sent a second crew over to my house (I refused to take another day off from work to convenience them). The second crew was professional, acknowledged the poor quality job that had been done by the original technician and his helper and completely recleaned my entire system. If the second crew had been the crew initially sent to my house to provide the service, my experience with the company would have been much more favorable. Unfortunately, because of my experience, I would never recommend USAIR A/C & Duct Cleaning to anyone I know. In fact, I would discourage them from using the Company. They should terminate the technician who initially serviced my home.He has truly damaged their reputation.

Appointment was scheduled. The technicians reported on time. I requested the $90 air duct cleaning and they started the work and while cleaning they showed me how dirty the hvac unit was and sold me on installing a ionic filtering system to the hvac. In addition they explained they are a AC repair company and could also offer a 3 year warranty on the entire hvac system. They offered to break the $700 price into payments. They forgot a piece of equipment which I noticed a week later. At that time I didn't think my heat was working properly so when I called to tell them about the equipment they left behind and asked that they take a look at the heat not working properly, They came to pick up their equipment, but when it came to using that warranty to fix the heat, I was told that it was probably an issue with the heat pump, and they don't work on heat pumps.

I noticed as soon as I got home that I couldn't smell the mold any longer. They have a 3 year warranty where they would come out every 6 months or they could put a UV lamp for 560 which would kill the bacteria. It would stay there and keep the bacteria from coming back. We chose to do the UV light in the future. They had three men come out to do the job and they were professional. Nick explained everything that they were doing. He told my husband about the process and the length of time that it would take. He was not pushy and he did a good job of explaining the charges and prices.
