Mark did an excellent job repairing the deteriorating outside of our chimney. He came out to inspect our chimney, took lots of pictures which showed the work that needed to be done. He came back within a week when the weather was better and completed the job in a few hours.

Mark provides fantastic customer service and is a pleasure to work with. We asked him to do some tuckpointing (mortar work) on our brick home. Mark came out right away and was very attentive to matching the color of the mortar and detail associated with the job. His pricing was reasonable for the size of the job. We would absolutely work with him again.

Mark contacted me and came out right away-on the weekend! He was so polite and listened to us attentively. He climbed up on the roof, took pictures, explained them to us and even noted other damage not related to the chimney work which we used to engage a roofing contractor. The experience of working with Mark was seemless and professional. He was by far the best value of the estimates we received. He repaired extensive mortar damage on our chimney. By chance, we had a roofer up there the next day and he commented on the good quality of the work. We call Prestige/Mark for interior work next fall.
