Very punctual and kept me informed of progress

Mark contacted me and set up appointment for review of job right away after I sent request. He sent a quote that night and I hired for the following week to repair my stone walkways. They completed the job on time and sent pictures of the new walkways to me. I then needed the smoke stack removed from the chimney, and he completed the job for me and went above and beyond by painting another vent on the roof and installing my new dishwasher! Courteous and communicative. I will contact Prestige Chimney with any servicing that I may need in the future.

Mark did a great job. He was delayed at the previous job but kept me up dated as to his arrival time. He explain the steps he was doing and made sure the area was cleaned after finishing.

Mark did a detailed inspection to prep his estimate (with pictures) and the final price was just as he quoted. This was a major reno of a wood burning fireplace and chimney (new crown, new stainless-steel liner and insulation, new damper, firebox repair and paint, etc.). Mark and his guy got it done in one very long day, and they cleaned-up afterwards, too. The firebox looks great, and the chimney crown does, too. They hauled away 15 big buckets of the old clay liner: the price was more than fair, and the work quality seems great.

I hired Mark to re-point some brick work on my 50-year-old house and to repair flagstone walkways and patio, which had broken and missing stones as well as broken mortar. I wished the company would had went up on a ladder to inspect the chimney, because an estimate was made by looking from the ground view only. Once the work was preformed and completed. I was informed that it would have been better if more layers of bricks had been repaired. If I would have know this, I would have repaired the layers that needed repair.
