I tried for a while to get someone to do my job. It was a interior job to fix my fireplace hearth. All the other companies did not want the job. They were afraid to tackle an inside job, fearing the dust would get all over the house. But Mark told me he would put plastic around the area and to the back door. This is what he did. There was no dust escaping to the rest of the house. He came out to the house the same day we made contact. He gave me a quote and did the work the next day. They did a great job, cleaned up well, and the price was good. Great job!

Mark and his associates were kind, very communicative, and fast. They took on a difficult job in my almost 200 year old house, and completed it to my satisfaction. Their price was quite reasonable and the quality of work was better than expected. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job even after a few hiccups. Tip: Please make sure they do any concrete board cutting FAR AWAY from your house. The dust gets everywhere and is extremely difficult to clean!

I hired Prestige Chimney Services for extensive chimney work. My house was built in the 1950's. The wood burning fireplace chimney was at the point where it could not be used. I also have oil heat. Prestige installed (2) stainless steel liners in both flues, and insulated the liners. They did brick repair/replacement and pointed up as needed in the top course of brick. They built a 2" mortar crown, parged/sealed opening in the smoke chamber, replaced some cracked brick in the firebox, installed new connector pipes with barometric damper to my furnace, and installed new stainless steel caps. The owner, Mark Torralba met with me, and I could tell from the moment I met him, that besides being polite and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable. I interviewed a few other contractors before meeting Mark, but had a very good feeling after we spoke. I hired him on the spot and could not be happier. The quality of the work that Prestige did was excellent and the pricing was competitive. HIs workers were very courteous and professional. Prestige Chimney Services is a first class operation.

Mark and his team were absolutely great! They quickly diagnosed the cause of the water infiltration, gave us a fair quote to do the work (replace chase cover, sanded existing cap, freshly painted everything to match the other homes...he suggested that to ensure I didn't get in trouble with the HOA and I appreciated that). They did the work quickly and it turned out great! He also did a courtesy check of a few other items while they were doing the work and gave me low cost recommendations for making improvements. They are the best and I'd definitely use them again!
