I had a good experience. Mark also gave me free advice on maintaining the chimney, and likely maintenance needs in the near future. He also takes pictures of chimney while on the roof, and some shots of inside to show you what he is talking about. Sends pics to your email too, before he even leaves the property.

Good work and well done. Cleaned the fireplace and Anne could not find dust in the family room. Very through and very meticulous. Great cleanup both inside and outside. Replaced the cement cap and pointed up the top rows of bricks.

I could not be more satisfied with this service. In rehabbing an old house, much work was required on the fire place and pellet stove to get them in good, safe working order. Mark was very reliable a did a great job at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend him.

Mark,the owner provided excellent service. He took precautions to thoroughly tarp the rug and area to prevent any dust,ash and any debris from being left after the chimney sweeping process.He provided estimate of scope of job and recommendations going forward. In addition , he provided before and after photos. He painted my chimney as well.Again a job well done. Mark is a professional.I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Explained everything

I had two companies come out and they did not do a satisfactory job. The problem still persisted. Prestige arrived promptly and completed a job that others couldn t, finding the nest and clearing out my dryer vent

Prestige called and came over the next day. Very professional. He didn t try to sell me on other work, like others do. Cleaned work environment and quick turnaround. Great Job.

Mark was awesome. My father's dryer was not working because there was a birds nest in the dryer vent. The vent was 2 1/2 stories up in the townhouse front wall. Without my asking, Mark brought a plastic mesh cage with him to keep further nesting out, and cleared out many years of birds' nest. He and his assistant were very thorough in clearing the built up bird nest debris, years of dryer lint buildup, and lint in the dryer itself. He cleaned all the lint balls and nesting material from the front yard and driveway. Also cleaned behind the dryer very well. In passing Mark discovered that some plumbing work had been done incorrectly, and was able to quickly fix that too. Mark is polite, professional and friendly and I recommend his services. His rates were fair also. Thanks Mark and your assistant!

Professional - Thorough -Friendly.

He explained everything that was being done, explained the results, and told me my future options for a few things that were found. The price was also very reasonable. I recommend and will use again in the future.
