The service went very well. I believe I paid an additional fee for what I needed done. We had them fill in some places where the cement between the bricks had worn away and work on the chimney. 2-3 technicians came out for the job. The person managing the team was great to work with and the team listened to him well. They gave a competitive price for the work and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They came out and did the work themselves. It took a little longer than the 4 hours I had paid for with the deal I purchased through Angie's List, so I ended up paying them for an extra hour and half of work. It turned out very well.

He came out to give me a quote, and it was for more than the four hours of work I originally paid for. I wanted what the deal covered to be completed, and nothing more. He said he would come back out next week to get started and I never heard from him again.

Two gentlemen arrived on schedule, performed the work requested, cleaned up. All good.

They gave me the run-around for about two years. One time he just ignored me when I wrote them. I had to get the licensure agency and the Maryland Consumer Protection Board to help me to get them out there. They didn’t even set an appointment when they did show up; they just showed up and got to work without telling me.

The service went well. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Good. The brick motar did not match exactly but the job was completed in a timely matter and they fixed the issue.

Not well. Brought helper who did little work but burned 1/2 of 3 hours. Showed up 1 day before scheduled appointment. Door not properly fixed.

It went well. Mr. Gomez is very professional and arrived on time as planned.

They did not do a very good job. They were two guys here doing the work. They were not very fast and we had some problems with with scheduling also.

They were professional, and did a very good job. I got more information about their work, and might use them again. I do have some concerns about the recent low grades they've been getting on Angie's List,

Door maintenance. The hardware was loose and due to a crooked frame, the door stuck somewhat. Both were fixed to my satisfaction.

The service provider never came out to give me an estimate or responded back to me.

I contacted Mr. Gomez's office by email on 4/2/2014 that the steps had a crack across the them. No response. Email did not come back as non-deliverable. On April 3, 2014, I sent the email as a letter with confirmation. No response. Finally, I called on April 28, 2014. I called 240-274-4670 and after many rings, I was switched to voice mail. I stated who I was, what the issue was, and asked that he call me. With the email and letter,I sent pictures. This company has not honored its one year warranty. Because of its non-responsiveness, I no longer trust them. As such. I believe that I am entitled to a refund of $800.00. I no longer want to do any business with them. RESOLUTION: The provider showed up at my front door today November 4, 2014 at approximately 10:30 AM. I reiterated my complaint against him and his company..I cited the three attempts that I made to get his attention, i.e. email, letter, and telephone. He apologized, and said that he could repair the steps right then, and I accepted. He went on and repaired the steps using mortar and they look very good. He even went further and mortared the joining brickwork.at the top step. Furthermore, he said that if I should have any problem with the steps to just call him. I accept this work as a correction of the problem.

We were very happy with the services, Nestor's experience and flexibility, as well as honesty about options. For example, we have a wall that they were going to re-point, but when they opened it up it turns out it may need some additional work to divert some water. He recommended not doing the job until we get that part fixed. I appreciated the recognition of the big picture of what work we really need to get a good result rather than just what we asked. Also, Nestor communicated regularly about when they were able to come, and if rain delayed something they let us know.

Once the job was done it looks fantastic. The issue was purchased 3 months before the company showed up to do the work. Took over a month for them to come out after purchase to consult on the job. Then it took twice weekly calls For over a month before they came out to do what took only 45 minutes to complete! Paid for 3 hours of work and job took only 3 months, many calls, and 45 minutes to complete. Understand other customers wanted them to do more work once they arrived but felt they should honor their promise to have completed job in a timely manner.

I asked them to match the existing grout and they didn’t. After 2 hours the owner didn’t come back to pick up his workers. It took him two hours after they finished the work to pick his workers up.

They didn't show up for the initial scheduled estimate but came that evening after I called. I never heard back until I called again a couple weeks later. They really wanted to sell more time, not just do what the deal was. I didn't see how replacing 8 bricks could take more than 4 hours. In the end they completed all i had requested. Not a particularly neat job and I should have specified grout to match existing so the new wasn't so glaring. Had the work area been left clean and the grout selected to reasonably match, it would have made all the difference. Because of the details missed on this small job, I wouldn't use them on anything larger.

The work was fine. I wanted him to come back for and it took forever to fix. I don’t remember exactly what the issue was but evidently he goes to his home which is in South America or maybe Mexico so he is not available. I would call him, call him and call him and he wanted to make sure I didn’t give him a bad review because he was eventually responsive but to get business and to just go away like that and not have anybody to cover for you. I wouldn’t mind using him if I knew he was responsive. All the things that he did was fine except whatever it was I needed to do for him to come back for and that came up missing. He eventually came back from wherever he was so it wasn’t like he left me hanging but I didn’t know if he was coming or not and literally, it was months. That’s not acceptable to me. He was professional, I didn’t have any problems with him there but I did with his responsiveness.

We contacted the contractor Mr. Gomez and made and appointment for him to come and look at our home. He arrived as agreeded and looked at our home. We ended up needing more done as we had to have several areas of brick mortar re-pointed. His crew worked clean, worked very hard and were very friendly. I would not hesitate to call this company in the future.

However, they were a no-show (and did not call to alert me to the fact) and I have not heard back from them since. I had a very limited time window for this work to be done, so I asked for a refund of the Big Deal.

I thought it went very well. Mr. Gomez emailed me wihin a day of purchasing the big deal to set up the appointment to review the job and was cheerful, prompt and courteous. He later called with a scheduled time for the repair. I was at work when the job was done and when I got home it was done very nicely. He was very polite and professional. The only reason I gave a "B" on the quality is because the bricks were left with white on them which I will need to clean off and I needed to do some sweeping of concrete left behind. But the work itself is great and I thought the price was very good. Yes, I will use him again.

I bought the Angie`s deal for 4 hours of masonry repair on 8/19/2014 and immediately scheduled an appointment with the contractor for 8/2/2014 between the hours of 9am and 11am. They did not call or show up between 9am and 11am. I called the contractor and left a voicemail and also left a message on Angie`s List messaging. I received a call around noon that someone was on the way to my house at that time. I told the gentleman that it was too late and that I would need to reschedule for the following week on 9/9/2014 for the same time frame. He said okay and never offered any apology or reason for his tardiness. It is now 11:15 on 9/9/2014 and no one is here. I have received no phone call and I left a message on the company`s voicemail that I will not be accepting any services from them and will be leaving a bad review on Angie`s List for their lack of service.

Started right on time and even stayed late to complete the job.

He tried to up-sale me to a repair for $1600 instead of the Big Deal that I purchased. He stated that he would get back with me and schedule a time but I never heard from him again. I'm guessing he just never planned on coming back because I didn't agree to the larger amount. He also gave me business cards to other business's, such as his wife's.
