Description of Work: Were very slow to respond, explain, schedule estimate. I must have emailed them 10 times for 4 replies or so. When the estimate was finally scheduled, they never showed up. I emailed again and they just offered to do the estimate a week later. Its been 3 days shy of a month and no estimate, no work, no confidence in their professionalism to deal with them any further or give them my business.

Description of Work: The company came for a look and then disappeared for weeks. I left a lot of messages and in the last one threatened to go back to Angie's list to get my money back. He called last week and said he'd be at my house this week. We'll see. If he shows up I'll evaluate the company. If he doesn't, I'll write back to Angie's list to get a refund.

Description of Work: They repair section of brick masonry on façade of house. |Excellent work. They arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up after working. Fantastic and would use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed my chimney. The finished product was fine. The catch is that they could not find the proper brick to use, so at the last minute I had to find it.

Description of Work: Then came to the appointment late. Review my job and offered additional work. No work was actually performed. We decided to add a concrete paint job to the carport and walkway. Contractor promised to come back in two-weeks to actually perform the work. I hope he will not forget to return. | |Helen Broadus

Description of Work: I hired this company to extend my back patio. After my initial meeting, there was no communication from the contractor for about a week. On the first day of work which was the dig and framing on the extension, the workers were dropped off. They were done in about two hours and had to wait an additional 3 hours to be picked up. The next day the van broke down. The only way I found out was because I called the contractor. Once the work had been completed, I found it to be subpar. To top it all off, my neighbor just told me that she saw the workers relieve themselves in the back of the yard. I would not recommend anyone using this particular contractor.

Description of Work: The repaired some water damage to dry wall in my basement. He did an excellent job. Better than I expected it to look. Cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: G.O Contractors Group was very responsive from the start to finish. Because of the busy season that the work was contracted, G.O. Contractors made every effort possible to fill the request. The type of work performed was on my front entry storm door; it would not close properly without a firm pull along with a lot of noise. G.O. Contractors Group was very professional, arrived well within window scheduled; once introductions and confirmation of job requirements were reviewed work was started and completed in record time,but not rushed; but done by someone that enjoyed their job and loved the results;very respectfully of property covered shoes and removed job debris would not know they were here except for the SILENCE of the door. Here I thought I would need to purchase a new storm door now after G.O Contractors Group, door works like new. Work done was EXCELLENT! Thanks G.O Contractors Group, LTD!
