I contacted Mr. Orlando after purchasing the big deal, and HE suggested a day and time for doing the work - 8/30 between 10 and 11 am. When he did not show up, at 11:45 I called and was told he was on his way, and would arrive by 12:30. I waited the entire day, but he never showed, nor did he call to let me know what the problem was. I sympathize with small business owners and the diffulties they may have in building a client base and taking on more than they can deliver, particularly when there is a language barrier which makes communication difficult. There are any number of legitimate reasons for his failure to make the appointment that I would have accepted and been happy to reschedule. But a no-show with no explanation or follow-up is not acceptable.

They did an excellent job. There were additional charges. It was the first time using them. Two people came out to do the job. The work met my expectations. I was completely satisfied. I thought the price was a little high, but it needed to be done.

It went very well. The workmen were efficient and quick, cleaned up after themselves, were polite and pleasant - everything I could wish for. They apologized for being late; it was because of the job before mine. They used the mortar appropriate to a brick house of the age of mine, I would certainly use the again.

I was unable to use the deal due to the company wanting to charge an additional $300 for dumping of the old material. This fee was not mentioned anywhere in the fine print or details of the service. I felt this deal/company was not honest.

He came and took a look at the project and said he was busy and would have to get back to me. This was 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since.

A few days after sealing the deal, a representative called to arrange for a walkthrough of the planned work to be performed. He was prompt and courteous and clearly understood the scope of work and took a few pictures for himself. As for the windows, I told him to have the guys/gals go as far as they could, given it was only one day and the porch columns were in pretty bad shape, especially the one. Anyway, it took me a couple/few weeks and a summer vacation before I called to book a date. It was no problem and on the morning of the day the work was to commence, the team showed up fifteen minutes early. I took a few minutes to show them the windows and the columns and where I had staged the materials. They got started immediately. They worked throughout the day and I checked progress periodically asking if they needed anything, which they did not. I must say that I was VERY impressed that they completed ALL the windows and the porch columns looked great!! Really nice work! It was well worth it and my wife was glad to see that these items were addressed, FINALLY. Thank you G.O. Contractors Group for such high quality work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were great, they did good work. I was pleased with the service.

Provider would not honor his own Angie's List Coupon of $783 for 100 sq. ft. of concrete. I provided a copy of the coupon and never heard from the provider again. Provider has not taken my calls or responded to emails.

Vendor came on a Friday and was able to start work that Sunday. Arrived promptly at 8:00 AM as promised, took approximately 2.5 days to demolish and remove old concrete with one day to lay concrete. I did not have to be engaged in day to day activities once I confirmed that work crew knew my expectations. Never saw the same two workers but regardless work was performed well. At one point was a little irritated because work site was left a mess with litter but after job was completed crew ensured area was cleaned up with no litter left behind without me saying anything so no real complaints. Obviously, a very small business with limited cash flow owner came to my home for final payment rather than bill as soon as job was done to pay workers, just wasn't expecting based on my work schedule. Again, no real complaints because job was well done

I misread the deal and it expired before scheduling. I tried to contact the provider to discuss and got no response. After wasting 99 dollars on the deal I was done with Angies list.

Prompt response after purchase of "big deal". Showed up on time for estimate. Good follow-up and the workers arrived exactly as promised. Professional workmanship and cleaned up when job was done. Great experience. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will use again.

I talked to Nestor Sanchez about replacing a brick patio with a stamped concrete one as per an Angie's List special for $699 prior to purchasing coupon. I needed additional work above what coupon offered and needed an estimate and to see samples. He came out the following Tuesday but brought no samples and did not provide me with a estimate. He said he would go back to office and work up figures and call me back the next day. He did not. I called him the following day and he said the estimate was in his office. He never called back and the coupon special expired. Now he has another Angie's list special going for $1299 for 32 manhours of landscaping and patio work. If he did not want to do my job for his originally advertised price he should have told me. I am glad I did not buy the coupon.

I bought the Angie's deal for 4 hours of masonry service. G.O. contractors came out to take a look at my small project, and while he was there he talked me into describing a larger job that I was planning so he could give me a quote. At that point he became completely unresponsive, except for the phishing emails I got from his email address. I have been trying to contact him to at least provide the four hours of work he owes me, and he doesn't return phone calls or emails, if I do get him on the phone, all he says is he'll schedule or email "tomorrow".

They arrived on time and completed the repairs within the estimated time period.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They had to come back and redo it so I was not happy with it. They had used the wrong kind of mortar so they had to come back, grind it all up and do it again. They didn't get the right mortar even though I explained to them many times what they needed and they didn't get the right stuff. I had to wait a while to get them both to out the first and second times. When I finally got them to come, they would come an hour or two late but that was not serious.

We are very satisfied with the job done. The workers were professional and they arrived on time, finished the job quick and cleaned up the site. We later found some leaks and they came back and repoint these areas for free. Overall, we are very happy with their services.

I couldn't give an "A" rating due to complications with quality (left a reside stain on sidewalk that never fully disappeared, never came back to pressure wash to blend new/old concrete, etc.)

It was hard to get him to commit to a day. He was very busy. Once we scheduled though, everything was okay.

It went well. They did the prescribed work. They did it well and they did it for the cost that they quoted.

Overall we were satisfied with it. That was okay. It was worth the 99 bucks. I think that they could have done the whole thing in four hours but they said otherwise. I'm not dissatisfied. We didn't spend beyond the big deal amount. The work was good. I have no complaints about the quality of their work. They honored the deal but they wanted an awful lot. I think the price was very high for any work in addition to the deal.

They were very professional and the work was well done. I purchased a $99 coupon for 4 hours of labor for the brickwork which was applied as a $125 discount to the total bill. The estimate was done within a day or two of my initial call. The work was done early the following week. As promised, all old brick and debris was disposed of and they came back in two days to clean the new brick. Truly a positive experience.

Nestor's team did great work. They were able to start quickly and despite several days of rain, completed the entire project faster than I expected. I'd highly recommend this crew for their overall value and high quality of work.

I did not realize until where the steps were connected to the house they took them out they left a small hole below my back door and then I saw mice. The gentleman was suppose to come and repair that and I'm still waiting. Everytime I spoke to Mr. Gomez he keeps saying he'll come tomorrow.

It went well. We expected the contractor on a specific day, but it rained. The contractor did not call us, but when we called he rescheduled and his crew arrived on time on the agreed rescheduled date. All work was completed that day.
