It laid above ground for over 6 months. It took many phone calls before someone came out and buried it.

My most recent call to set up technician services - they told me the tech would come between 8am to 7pm. I'm supposed to wait all day for what will probably be a temporary fix??

We just changed our plan. It's a bit different and everything's on hold. It's really good. It's reliable. It's pretty fast. It's more of the technology rather than the provider. My cellphone doesn't very much lose phone calls. They're available. They have pretty good reception in the country.

They are pretty nice. They help me when I don't know what to do on my iPhone. I have good service. I have everything on my phone that I have on my computer but I don't know how to use it all yet. One of their locations actually gives lessons. I love my little iPhone. It is wonderful. I can google and facebook on it.

I do everything on line. I went with Verizon because I had a horrible experience with my last other service providers. My bill is consistent, it doesn't change from month to month. My problem was billing with the previous company and I haven't had any billing issues with Verizon.

The internet is reasonably fast and I don't have anything to compare it to. We are on the margins of one of their towers so occasionally the reception is not all that it ought to be. We have used them for about 42 years. We continue to sue them because of the convenience since they provide all 4 services so I don't have to have more than one bill. Price wise we don't think the competition exactly matches the service.

I have never lost signals or drop calls. I get a 20% discount because of where I work. It acts like a Family Plan. I fill out a form and I send it to Verizon and they discount everything 20%. Basically it is the plans that are available and pretty much cover everything. I never ever had an issue.

The service is okay. I think the drop calls and other inconsistencies are based on our location like if I'm in the mall. Their internet is also great and their cable is also okay. Their fiber optic cable is really incredible. If you have a high definition TV, the pictures are sharp and crisp. But their customer service on the is not very good.

We've been with Verizon for about a year.

We are not happy with the internet speed, but that is because we are at the highest point and they have to install some things in the neighborhood. I am not sure if I want that. I don't have any other problems with them. I have a problem with the direct TV from them, but I think it is a problem with the equipment I have. I have not tried to get that corrected.

Their customer service is not good. They are over-priced. When all my systems were down, it took them two days to have somebody come and fix them. The cable went out the next day, and they didn't get it restored until end of the week. They said somebody was coming out; they never showed up. They couldn't get their act together.

Terrible. I've been without landline service for two weeks. The earliest I can get a techician here is June 1.

They are adequate. I have not done any research to find any better service. Sometimes the voice mail is not working, but it has been fine; if there is any problem they have resolved it. They have been pretty good because most of the time it works. They did the wiring a while ago and we had complex wiring because it is an old house and they had to work really hard to get the phone lines in and also get the internet connection. Everything was set in one day and they worked a whole eight hour day to get it done and I was very impressed. We had no problems and everything is working. One weekend the voice mail wasn't working but they fixed it right away. We are pleased with them. We never had complaints or problems. I think their price is reasonable. I guess it is okay.

They are very good I have no problems with them at all.

Overall, they have been very good. We have never had any issues, technically or otherwise. We always get a good signal. Any problems we have had has been with the internet, but they have been very responsive and remedied the problems quickly.

They have the best network, so I don't lose a lot of calls. I am stuck with them because they get the best reception in places. My parents live in a rural area and other carriers don't have reception there. When they come out, they have been good.

I have the triple play from Verizon. There is nothing outstanding and I think it is a little pricey but the customer service is good. They are just an average company but I don't have any problems with my service. I will continue to use the services for Verizon in the future.

I am pleased with them. I used their insurance to replace my son's phone, and I had no problem. I paid a lot for it. The service is fine, but it's just too much money.

Their service works for me and is reliable. They have a bunch of packages for everything under the sun. My experience with them has been good and I like them. They have a lot of free minutes. I hardly get dead spots. Whenever I have had to talk to any of their people they have been professional. I would use them again in the future.

They fall a little bit short in the support service that they provide. I will use them again in the future.

My only complaint is that they are very expensive, otherwise the service is good.

They are okay. They want you to do online agent all the time to solve your own problems.

I love my cell phone service and I will continue to use them.

They are difficult to deal with and there are too many departments to talk to. Level of authority from department to department is unclear. It often takes while to resolve issues.

I have used Verizon for about two years. I like that the fact that they have the fiber optic internet. I like their phone service because my wife is on the phone all the time. If it wasn't for them, I would be in the poor house. Their prices are a little high, but their service is pretty good. I would recommend them to others. In this area, we have two choices. There is either Cox or Verizon. The like to screw you with their television. The package options are ridiculous. If there are a few channels that I want, I have to get every channel under the sun.
