They were very prompt in setting up the appointment. The person that did the work was very nice. The problem we had was the fee for some masonry work on the inside of the fireplace. The work was sloppy and took him just a few minutes and they charged us $250!!! We also paid over $300 for the "special" cleaning. We had a friend, who works in masonry, look at the work after it was completed and he said it was about a $25 repair that anyone could do and the work was very sloppy. My husband has called numerous times ....we feel we should get some credit. Michael said he would get back to us and never did. Its been weeks. Will not use them again! Overcharged and follow up customer service is non existent.

Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy. So I decided to trust him and ended up purchasing the $400 service cleaning. The best part about the service was that Roy was really funny. He had me laughing so hard that no sound was coming out. LOL! It was an educational and fun experience actually, and I am not easy to please. :) So give them a try. Thanks Roy! See you next year!

Roy was wonderful. He explained everything in detail. He showed me in pictures what it looked like before and after. He was not pushy. I would definitely use him again.

It ended up being a lot more than quoted. Not sure if the add ons were actually worth the cost.

This company understands the importance of prompt response to the customer. They are small, personally oriented, and very good about their scheduling and keeping the customer in the loop. Their service is prompt, friendly and efficient.

The technician that came out to perform the work was friendly (maybe a bit too talkative tho). He did a reasonably decent job, but refused to fill out a chimney health report that my pellet stove installer asked for, cos he didnt want to "accept responsibility for incorrect measurements". Seems like a petty thing to be rigid about. Tech arrived within expected window, and I got quick responses from the central number

Roy was personable and professional

Told me my fireplace cracks needed repair and that the stuff they use to patch is $250 a tube and I?d need 5 tubes. Total. $1500. I bought a 15 lb bucket of the stuff and Watched a u tube video and did it myself. Total cost $49. He did sweep the chimney and that was fine and was very nice guy.

Roy did a very thorough cleaning and is great to deal with. Will be using this company from now on. Great service and a fair price. Will recommend this company to my friends and family.

I was told I would be charged a rate of $350 but an additional $30 was charged when I looked on my credit card. Looking for a refund of my $30.
