We were blindsided by a large charge for the service, with no time to research whether it was realistic or overcharging. Afterward, research showed us we were possibly overcharged for the materials and service. The bill showed no breakdown of materials or service charges. The technician had to return to complete the job the next day and was very nice and patient regarding that. We understand these are unusual times, but we had prepared for the service one day and were not told that the technician was running so late he would not make it until we called to find out the status. We rescheduled for 2 days later and were also never advised the technician was running so late it would be after the time parameter given. When we originally scheduled the service, we canceled via a phone message due to second thoughts about having people come into our house. The company came anyway when we scheduled and we sent them away; we felt bad, but really hoped that they understood. As promised, we did call them back but again, feel we were blindsided with the charge.

They were professional and clean. Took care of problem and made sure I was happy with service.

Pros should do a complete assessment and evaluation of the entire chimney from top to bottom. This pro did not climb into the roof to check the top of the chimney. Totally unprofessional.

They did the job, I suppose but were not upfront about turning the gas back on. I had to incur another $130 to call a plumber. If I had known they could not turn on the gas, I would not have hired them.

I was not happy about the cost of this work. I was given a price of $145 over the phone for standard cleaning but then was told after the tech got there that chemical deep cleaning was needed. This consisted of spraying a chemical up the chimney for a few minutes and then running the brush for 5-10 minutes down the length of the chimney . A total of maybe an hour was spent on this and the subsequent vacuuming of the firebox area.. In addition the cap was repaired, a job that took about 15 minutes to do. I ended up paying $445 plus $26 tax. Not sure why I was charged so much tax since this cost should have been basically labor (not materials). Considering what was done and the total time invested, including travel time and vehicle costs, I felt this excessive. Also the technician apparently didn't have a chimney camera to check the length of the chimney. He used the camera on his cell phone to provide followup photos that only showed the upper part of the chimney and not the total length. Thus, I remain uncertain about the condition of part of the liner that the photo wasn't able to show. The technician was courteous and did a good job on cleaning from what I could see from the photos that he sent me.

I emailed them this morning and the work has been quickly completed. I love their customer service and expedited services even in the rain.

The technician explained what my issues were, my choices to get them fixed and that he would be able to start the following Monday. It was a job that required a follow-up visit to finish and that was done within a few days.

The technician vas very knowledgeable about the job. He provided me with such great insight on how to clean and take of the chimney. We was a great person to speak with. I was very impressed. I will use this company moving forward. Thanks again for your quick response.

Logan was very professional and did a great job

The technician, Jacob, came in with just rubber gloves, went to the basement to see the dryer and went outside to see where the lint went. Told me it would take 20 minutes, he didn't have any equipment, sat in his van and smoked and looked at his phone then came in and said it was completed. Even I know you need tubing to clean the dryer vent. He charged me $99.00 and showed someone else's vent pictures. This was the worst company EVER. DO NOT USE THEM!

Just got a new home and wanted to get my chimney checked quick so that I could utilize my new fireplace! Joshua and Joe got to me quickly, was very thorough in describing what was needed with plenty of before and after photos. Were up front on pricing which seemed reasonable to me. Worked hard at getting the service done quickly! My only drawback from the whole experience was the clean up, black soot could be found everywhere in that area. You cant see it until you touch something so it makes clean up challenging. I know the soot is very difficult to deal with so not really a complaint but an observation. As far as the quality of their work goes these guys did a top notch job 👍🏾

Asked them to come out and inspect my gas fireplace, as well as a cleaning and showing us how to operate. The service person was polite and completed the cleaning, but didn't know anything about the operation or just saying it was dirty. He said to call a gas company for operational questions. It defeated half the reason I called these guys!

fast and straight forward

They swept chimney but did not remove debris. Resulting in 2 service calls from our furnace company. I call to clean furnace (That had been cleaned in November) $500. Had to come back. They took photos of the inside of the chimney which showed it was not only still dirty there was debris blocking the airflow. My furnace guys went up on the roof, cleaned the chimney, all pipes to the furnace and the furnace filling 50 pound bag with debris. They were here for more than 4 hours. That call $766. I have soot all over my house and have been cleaning for days.

Jacob was knowledgeable, detailed, accurate, reliable and super-dog friendly. At the end, he provided a photo chronology of the roof and chimney work he did. This was an excellent experience.
