First of all, the name on the invoice is United Home Services. The technician was very helpful and extremely prompt; did exactly what was needed: swept out the wood stove chimney, repaired the chimney crown and push away the heavy stove to vacuum/clean out the ashes and debris that had fallen to the base of the flu. Great service!

Should wear boot coverings. Did good work but created work for me as service technician tracked snow throughout my house.

We hired them to inspect and clean a chimney. Their inspection was completely inaccurate--they told us that we would need to install a stainless steel lining in the chimney. We had a second inspection done by another company who used a camera to do the inspection. The second inspection revealed broken mortar and bricks in the chimney and smoke damage in the chimney and in the attic where the chimney exited the roof--a new lining could not have been installed. The house could have burned down. I would not hire them again.

I filled out an online request for a quote for chimney work and installing a liner. United Home Services called me within the hour and we set up an appointment to come to my house the next day. Ron and Logan explained the work that needed to be done and and gave me an estimate , which was close to the estimate I had gotten prior. I knew it would not be an easy job due to the age of the chimney. I hired these guys and they didn't disappoint. They had to order parts and I heard back from them in a week and they came that day and did the work. Ron and Logan did an excellent job and and workmanship and cleaned everything up not leaving any mess. I would definitely use this company again

The weather changed as they were completing the job and they had to postpone the last step. I am awaiting their return ting!and then I can finish my rating. I was very pleased with how patiently they explained the project.

I have had alot of home improvement work done on my home from the roof to the floors and they were one of the best i had out to my home.They left no mess for me to clean and they were quick and friendly.

Excellent customer service. The owner of the company responded promptly to my inquiry. Ron provided detailed information about the problem with my chimney and how the problems could be addressed quickly. I had prompt service on the same day. Ron and Landon came out and worked as a team to fix the chimney including putting in a new liner and reinforcing the flashing around the chimney. Plus installed two new chimney caps. Very professional! I highly recommend.

After reaching out, i was contacted immediately and was able to schedule a home visit to my home to address my chimney issues. The tech was informative and knowledgeable. Being a rental property, I was appreciative of the quick service during the holiday season. Great communication and quick service. This one is a winner. 5 stars for sure. Professional, fair and knowledgeable. The office was great in helping reschedule my appointment and the technician took the time to explain the difference in the performance of my wood burning stove and my wood burning fireplace. I have a pellet stove at another location that I am going to have him check out as well. There will be a fire this New Year's Eve and I am feeling very confident that all will be safe.....THANKS Ron....great job!
