The company and itâ s technician, Logan, weâ re exceptionally competent and professional. From the initial contact to the repair, the job went much better than I expected. Itâ s a gas fireplace and I worried about leaking gas but Logan quickly diagnosed the defective part, ordered it, and returned to replace the unit. The technicianâ s know how completely put my mind at ease.

Mike and Logan were fantastic! Logan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and explained it in numbers so I could really get things. I don’t know anything really about mechanics, but I could understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions, offered good tips, and provided fast service! Absolutely would recommend them and plan to contact them for regular fireplace maintenance.

I received phone call minutes after my request for a service . They set up appointment for the next day ! Logan arrived , cleaned my gas fireplace beautifully. He informed me of issues that might arise in the future and how they might be remedied. For now he just needed to clean the parts which is why it wasnâ t working correctly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything so well . I highly recommend , and price was very fair , too
