I wouldn't recommend this company. They did respond quickly on the inital call, but showed up an hour after the 4 hour window, asked me embarrassing questions about my personal life (if I cheat on my boyfriend...etc.) and after I thought he had quoted me $645. For cleaning and "emergency repair" I was told it would be $1200 plus tax once he finished. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE HOME ADVISER OR UNITED HOME CLEANING!

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable even gave us tips that were unrelated to our chimney cleaning. For instance, how to clean our dryer vent . Very personable man! Quality of his work was beyond what was expected for a basic chimney clean. He explained step by step what to expect and how he approached the service provided today. Wonderful , excellent fantastic!
