Description of Work: I purchased an electronic lock for my deadbolt door that I had difficulty installing. Mr. Peretz and his assistant installed it despite the challenges and were not satisfied until it was perfect. I also had a broken porcelain sink that needed to be realigned unexpected. Mr. Peretz and his assistant purchased the necessary materials, fixed the sink and adjusted the plumbing and did it seamlessly. The original reason I contacted Mr. Peretz was to see if he could install a fence around the perimeter of my property. Upon purchasing my home a little over eight years ago, my house was the only house on my side of the street that did not have a fence and became the local pathway for those too lazy to walk around the block to get to the other side of the neighborhood. With my sleeping quarters being on the main floor, it was very disturbing to hear footsteps walking past my bed all hours of the day and night as a single woman living alone. Not only did Mr. Peretz provide me with the fix that I needed, but he offered me a more glamorous, presentable option than I thought I would be able to afford and he did it in a manner that was cost effective and feasible for my budgetary constraints. Now that he is done with my first list of projects, I have handed him off to my grandmother to take care of some much needed concrete work for her and then I hope to s***** him back to do more work for me! What a pleasant company with which to do business!

Description of Work: We have an ongoing relationship with Ron Peretz and his company. He started out doing some basic handyman jobs for us - putting in new screens for our windows and doors, fixing a leak in the sink, putting in new outlets, fixing knobs, etc. He also took down our patio roof that was starting to rot. His price was very reasonable compared with other quotes we got. That was the last big job he did for us until Hurricane Sandy brought water into our basement. He pulled up our carpets, removed the asbestos tiling underneath, treated the entire basement for mold and waterproofed it as well. He replaced the wooden paneling that was affected by the water, as well as a closet door that got wet and was old, anyway. He then laid down primer and then brand new carpeting.

Description of Work: Ron Peretz came out to resurface and repave my concrete so that the water would drain correctly. He came two times to make the repairs.
