They've been more effective than the previous company that we'd used. They generally control things a lot better. Their service is a little bit more expensive for the same price that we used to pay to the other company.

They did more than what was initially expected for free. They sprayed inside the home when the contract said that they would spray outside of the home. They price matched my previous pest control company. I will use them again in the future.

The service provided by Frontline Pest has been very good.

I think the price is good. I don't have any problems with pests, so I think they are effective. They always call before they come out. The staff is very professional.

I don’t have any complaints about them, but I don’t feel really enthusiastic either, so I wouldn’t like to comment either way, except that we are using them and we don’t have any complaints.

They are just really reliable. They use non-toxic chemicals. I will use them again in the future.

Their service is effective because we don't really get any pests, so that is why we have been having them for a long time to come out regularly. They basically do their job. They have good customer service when they come, answer questions, and if we have anything specific, they clear it. They come dependably every quarter. I would use them again in the future.

They have a schedule and we actually didn’t need to use them. I think they understand when to come and what time of the year needs controlling. They are very nice.

They did a great job. We tried them once, and liked them, so we called them back. It has worked very well, and we have not seen any ticks. The overall experience is excellent. The price and quality of work are excellent. The price didn't go up from last year. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

I loved them. They had an initial visit, would come out every 2-3 months, and would come out in between if we needed them. They would spray around the house when we were gone and the ants, spiders, and things coming in the house were virtually reduced down to nothing. They were very professional, would explain what they were doing, asked if we needed anything else, and wanted to handle any problems we had. It was covered under the initial charge. I am thinking about calling them to come back out again. They did a real good job for us and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I am pleased with their work in general. I would recommend them.

I like the fact that they send me a card beforehand to let me know when they will be coming. This way I can make sure I have taken my dog to the back and such. What I dislike is that a different person comes out every time. Those who come out wear a shirt for Frontline but sometimes they are not somebody I would want to meet in a dark alley.
