I always advise friends to use homeadvisor.

They would have received all 5 stars if they had followed through with a promise they made on the phone. They cleaned out a dryer vent and I requested that they clean out around the stacked unit. They promised to do that but did not follow through.

Technicians arrived on time, were professional and completed the job quickly. Willing to answer all of my questions.

CPS came out quickly, and arrived on time. They did a thorough job working thru a challenge, and cleaned up afterward, and reconnected the dryer to make sure everything was working properly.

They showed up on time and quickly cleaned my dryer vent. The two guys who did the work were both very polite and friendly.

I thought that my clothes dryer was broken but it turned out to be a problem with clogged vents. Chesapeake Property services fixed the problem and were prompt, efficient and polite.

My appt was 1-4. After waitng 3 3/4 hours, I called to see if they were coming. They were, but running late. He arrived at 4:30. They should have called me much earlier to let me know approximately when they would arrive. The guy was rough looking, but very polite and did a neat job. Vacuumed the whole laundry room floor. Dryer works fine so I assume the vent is completely cleaned. Price seemed to be average.

It was my fault that I was not available after the project was completed. There were debris left on the rear soffit, and powerwashing was not smooth.

Invoice was sent via email the day after the service and I was able to call and give my payment info.

They took pictures an alerted me about a serious problem they noticed in my attic.
