They are busy, so I had to wait longer than the 7 days they advertise. I received an immediate em with quote followed up by a phone call. I am not sure if they flushed the gutters and downspouts and when I informed them about this their response was immediate. Very nice people to deal with, I would hire them again. and satisfactory.

This is the second time we have hired Chesapeake Services for help at our home. The first time was to clean out gutters, and downspouts and they were power washed too. While on the roof they found a repair that needed to be made, also some shingles needed to be replaced. They came back and made that repair in a quick and timely manner. Would hire this company again as they do many other things besides roofing and gutter cleaning.

After signing up my neighbor to do the same cleaning on the same day they shaved about 15% off the price. They were very forthcoming with time estimates and sent an email prior to appointment.

Prompt. Was quoted a price for gutter cleaning, we have gutter helmets on our gutters. Power washed gutters and gave the front of the house and windows a wash too. Think it's clean enough to eat off the front porch :) A problem was found with our roof, while they were cleaning the gutters, so we are waiting for an estimate from this company, so hopefully we can get them to fix that for us. Great people to deal with!

I hired them to clean the gutters and downspouts but I also asked (in advance) if they could replace a broken shingle on my roof, which they agreed to provide and install - for a reasonably small added cost.
