I had requested the company to install gutter guards over my existing gutters for an additional fee. When they arrived at my house, the tech noted that we already had gutter guards in place that just needed to be reattached. The company called me and let me know that they'd be reattaching, and the extra charges for new hardware would not be necessary. What an honest thing to do! Highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.

Chesapeake took pictures of my clean gutters so my wife could see the finish results. We have had other services say they cleaned all the gutters on the second story only to find out they never did. Gus from Chesapeake was a great help and put me at ease about the work being done.

Very quick to response to my request for gutter cleaning via emails. The crew arrived right on time and worked quickly. I particularly appreciated the inspection of the gutters as well. Nice to know I don't need any further work down on the gutters and I have a signed report. I would recommend this company .

Gus called me back on a Sunday when they were closed after I left a message the day before about needing our gutters cleaned. We were in a bit of a time crunch and he was able to get his guys out there the next day! We were so pleased with the customer service that we hired them again to install gutter guards, clean the dryer vent, and install a cage in the dryer vent to keep the birds out. We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire again!! :)
