Very easy to make appointment. The signature service was my estimate although once the team got here a surcharge was applied because I had screens over my gutters.Work was done quickly and efficiently. We did have some questions but could not communicate as well as we wanted to.

Had some initial confusion on the day of the work due to them calling the wrong number to let me know they were on the way to the house, but once I let them in they were quick and easy. Good work!

Very easy to deal with. I booked online during the weekend and they emailed me back with a price within 24 hours. I had booked for Tuesday first thing but they called Monday morning and were able to come within 2 hours of that call.

I hired the company to clean my gutters. I was impressed with the info that Gus e-mailed describing the work and how it would be done. He also accommodated all of my requests (time/date) and questions (method of payment, exact cost, etc.) before I hired them. The crew arrived within 5-10 minutes of the arrival window, which was 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. They arrived around 8:40 a.m., and completed the job within 30 - 40 minutes. I would have rated them 5 on all questions, but until it rains again, some things are unknown, i.e., work quality., value for money, etc.

Besides gutter cleaning I had them power wash the house. They did an excellent job, house never looked better. We did have a small OOPs where the cleaning solution went under the door and bleached the carpet. The company was very responsive to my complaint. A negotiated settlement was reached and all parties are happy. I would use them again.

I’m usually always getting Contractors through Family and Friends, but I took it upon myself to find Chesapeake Property Services on my own through Home Advisor; I must say Chesapeake Property Services were very sufficient, their quality of work was excellent, Ronnie and Kevin arrived on time as scheduled, they showed me what they were going to do and they even went an extra mile and did something else for me. I would recommend them again, I will be using them for another project in a few weeks. Thanks Tony for your awesome customer service and as well as Gus!! Thank you!!

Two very professional men came to my home. They were quick, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process.
