Chesapeake arrived looked at the gutters which took about 5 minutes and said the gutters were clean already and did not need to be cleaned. I contacted Gus as instructed by the technician to see if he could credit a portion of the $169 I paid to have the gutters cleaned toward future services and he refused. I was told there is a fee for the service. I reminded him I did not have a service completed; however, he still refused. The cleaners who came out were professional; but, I will not be using this company again. There is something to say about customer service and I feel it was lacking to say the least.

I also had a problem with my roof and these guys took the time to take care of that issue while they were cleaning my gutters. He did not even ask for additional money to fix the problem. He also repaired a loose piece of siding on my house. That's what I call going above and beyond with quality customer service.

During their work on the internal connection to the dryer they noted that it didnt have the appropriate type of fastener to connect to the dryer, an issue which had been causing the laundry room to smell like wet lint. After they completed cleaning the vent lines they installed the correct type of connector and secured the vent properly. Great work and friendly staff!!

Could not have been happier

They cleaned the gutters but also recommended drip edges which were missing from our house. We had our gutters cleaned by another company last year and they didn't mention how damaging not having drip edges would be to the shingles and fascia.

They seem to have done a good job of cleaning the gutters. I didn't stay home the entire time they were working; however, I didn't notice any leaves on the ground around the house or on the roof. It appears they cleaned up well after they finished. I intend to use them again.
