Company contact got my last name confused with another customer and was telling me that my gutters were cleaned and left bill which no bill was left because my gutters were not yet cleaned this resulted in confusion and my job getting done a week later,,,,,

They showed up and promptly got the job done. One of the guys came to the door and handed me paperwork before, and then told me they were done afterward. It hasn't rained hard again, yet, so I can't verify how well they did. :) I can only assume at this point that everything is working great.
