Met the time window and were very efficient.

They were quick and efficient and advised me of areas that needed repair without pressuring me to do them at the time.

I hired this service. I recommend being home when they arrive to do work (though its not necessary) I cant verify the quality of work because I wasn't home. The customer service was impersonal. I spoke with the tech to get a quote, he told me how the process worked and I didnt speak with them again. Everything was done via email after I was given the quote.

Wasn't present during cleaning

I had Chesapeake service come clean my gutters. Fast, good price. As part of service, I asked for a small repair. They scheduled that later. Repair was done but wasn’t what I wanted and I wasn’t satisfied. The underlying problem was poor communication which lead to a misunderstanding. I wrote the company with my concerns. I received an immediate reply and an offer to come make the repair right. They did this with no argument or negotiation required. Repairs were done and the outcome is outstanding. The problem was not performance but miscommunication. They appear to be a stand up company. I am completely satisfied.

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm to 4pm however the tech showed up 30 mins before the apt time which was great! The Tech said that he came early because one of his customers cancelled so he was available to help his peer who was stuck on a larger job get to me earlier. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant.
