I still have a leak from one of my gutters, so I don't think they inspected them well enough. But the service was quick, the scheduling was easy, and they cleaned up well after themselves.

They did a good job in cleaning the dryer vent. They took the insulation around the dryer vent out. I later found out that was not necessary.

Hired them in November for cleaning and was put on the schedule, but due to the cold snap it got delayed. During that delay, they kept me informed of when they would most likely come out, which wasnt necessary, but was appreciated. They came out when they said they would, and it looks like they did everything they said they would. I will use them again.

I hired Chesapeake Property Services to clean my dryer vents and no more than 4-5 months later vents are back clogged. Customer service is great but im not impressed with the job results.
