Description of Work: I reached out to AnnLynn Best Interior to inquire as to a kitchen remodel. She insisted that we pay her several hundred dollars just to come out to our house, look around, and discuss options. This seemed very unusual to me, to which she replied that "no one would come out to your house without getting paid." Needless to say, I did in fact find two competitors who would - both of the other two people I called. And we went with one of them who had an excellent plan for us - and she did not require payment for discussing our ideas, only once we signed a contract to move forward with her, and then only as work progressed. Needless to say, AnnLynn lost out on a $125K remodel job in Guilford.

Description of Work: ANNLYNN'S BEST HELPED CHOOSE A COLOR FOR MY WALLS TO BE PAINTED, CARPET THAT BLENDED WITH THE FINISH, FABRIC FOR DRAPES, CERAMIC TILE FOR THE BATHROOM, AND VINYL FLOORCOVERING FOR THE KITCHEN.
