Fast response. They were on time and professional.

I wanted to schedule heat pump maintenance, as well as water heater and sump pump inspection, on my rental property with the minimum number of trips to the property. RE Robertson was one of the few companies I found that did both. So, I called their office on 29 Oct 2013 to make an appointment. They actually have different sections (and different receptionists) for the plumbing functions and the heating/cooling functions, but the receptionists worked together to get me set up with 11 Nov appointments for plumbing (12-4) and heating/cooling (12-3). On 11 Nov the plumbing technician arrived first at noon to inspect the water heater and sump pump. He didn't find anything wrong with either one. This appointment cost $108, which I paid by calling the office and giving them my credit card information over the phone. The heating/cooling technician arrived around 2PM to clean and service the heat pump. He found that the outside motor was dead and that the heat pump was running in the more expensive backup mode. He told me that a new motor would need to be ordered, so I told him to go ahead and get started on that. I called their office to find out how they wanted to handle payment for this service; they told me I could pay for the whole job (cleaning, servicing, and motor replacement) after they actually returned and replaced the motor. RE Robertson called me back on 12 Nov to give me the estimate of $535.40 for the whole job. I don't remember what day they actually called me back to tell me that the motor had arrived, but when they did, we scheduled the installation for 20 Nov (12-4). The same heating/cooling technician returned and replaced the motor. This time I paid by check.

Cost estimate was competitive, AND R.E. Robertson upgraded us to a better coil. The guys arrived on time, were very professional and courteous, explained each step of the installation process, and answered all of our numerous questions. Some years ago we had removed ugly ductwork leading to a room addition. The unintended result was a very cold and drafty space in the winter. R.E. Robertson reran the ductwork in a very clean-looking manner at no additional cost. The new furnace was much shorter than the original and has exposed vent pipes that will get very hot when the furnace is running. R.E. Robertson gave us the option of installing B-vent. We took that option, R.E. Robertson came out the very next day and finished the installation with the B-vent. We are very picky and they worked with us until we were satisfied with all the details. We are very happy with the quality of the installation and the responsiveness of R.E. Robertson and staff. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors and friends.

My technician was great!!! I needed to repair an old Delta 3 handle shower fixture. But, these fixtures are discontinued and parts are hard to find. Two other companies had come out to do estimates so I knew what needed to be done. Robertson's was able to assess my problem over the phone and 2 days later the technician arrived. His estimate was over $100 less than the others and he had the fixture on the truck, ready to install. Two hours later, the shower was working beautifully. Will definitely call them first if I need a plumber in the future. And Kudo's to W.L. Stanton....They were unable to get there quickly and they recommended Robertson's.

The experience went very well actually, they were very good and precise. They did what they said they were going to do and it doesn't happen all the time. There was no rework there was no, "I have to call you back because you didn't do something".

I would use them again. He completed the job in a timely and clean manner. He stuck by his quote. I would absolutely use them again.

I used them thirty years ago also. They are reasonable. The reason she called them we do know of them, we knew they had a good reputation. It was the best out of anyone she knew. It turned out good. I know they have been in business for a long time.

R E Robertson Heating and Cooling have always responded to me on a same day basis so I have to say that has been paramount when you have a plumbing issue. They've been in a matter of hours in responding. Their price is a little bit high but they respond.

I love R E Robertson Heating and Cooling. They were fabulous. I've used them for years and years. I Like their willingness to help after hours, courteous service, prompt and the technician seem to really truly care about doing a good job.

They were fine. It was good experience. It took them a couple of trips to really figure out where the leak was but they didn’t give up till they found it. They got the job done, did a good job and they were neat. They didn’t bring he trash in on their feet when they came in. They were clean and respectful.

They were excellent. The quality of the work was fine. They were helpful. I really like them. I think that when I called them, even though I didn't have a contract with them, they came right away. They work with you. They're competent. They know what they were doing. They come in and they give you confidence that they know what they're doing.

They came when we called, did a good job, and they left.

My experience with R E Robertson Heating and Cooling was fine. They did a great job and we're really happy. They've been around for a long time. We liked their price. They are prompt and very professional. They're very courteous. Overall, it was as good experience as can be with plumbing repairs being needed.

I will tell you this much: it was just a pedestal sink, and it took four hours for the guy to install it and he cursed the whole entire time. It cost us $429 for them to install the sink, which only cost a $200. It cost us more to have the sink installed. Then I had to go in to see what he was doing and he said he was having difficulties and I literally had to help him. And he was a certified plumber. I would not recommend them to anybody. Then they had to have someone else come back because it leaked. They wanted to give me a window time-frame and I said I had taken off half a day of work to have the sink put in, so then I told them that couldn't come back when they wanted to, that they have to come back when my husband was off. So they came out that following Friday and fixed the leak, but it leaked after he was done. I thought the price was ridiculous. My husband could have installed it for those hours. That is why we called a certified plumber. The whole experience was really bad. Then when I called them and said that it was leaking, the lady goes well sometimes those sinks do that. I said to her about the price and she said well he had difficulties. I was ready to say that I don't think a plumber should have difficulties when they come out. If they don't know how to do it, they should say so and not take so many hours. It should have only taken him an hour.

Randy Jones is the contact person for this company. They charged me $65 for them to come and for fixing the shower head I paid them another $60 or so. I liked them they were punctual. Price wise I thought they were a bit expensive.

I know them before they started his business for more than 25 years and I use them all the time. They did a nice job and they're very nice and reliable people. We have our drain checked every year then we have a sewer line blockage up and they put up a pipe line. It was a 125 ft long so they have to clean up the clean. They cleaned the roots inside of their. They put up the tool in the pipe line to cut the roots and they did a good job of cutting roots. They gave us a good service.

Superbly!! Heater installation was done by Dunton another plumbing outfit, so I called them first. No answer over a three day period. I had used HeidIer another plumber to install a dishwasher, but they were sloppy, not punctual and left a mess. So I called Robertson on the basis of a friend's recommendation and they responded immediately. Linda said that they were extremely busy but would try to fit me in the same day. Usually that means no, but lo and behold they showed up that afternoon and fixed the problem. Then, they called me to let me know that it had been done. I was most impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, politeness and service. They'll be my first choice on future plumbing issues. Andrew Gantt

We have used this company a few times. They are always prompt and professional. Roy, the service guy, who did the above work was just the best - friendly, expert, efficient and the tidiest worker I have ever seen. When he needed assistance, 2other fellows showed up, did what the had to do, we're very cordial to us and then disappeared quietly. Great crew.

We like them. They were pretty good and efficient. They showed up on time and were punctual.

The interaction was pretty short. I knew what I wanted. The price was better than where I got it previously. The lady I dealt with was very nice. They treated me well.

Generally, we’ve been satisfied. On the most recent visit, the technician immediately removed the strainer on the faucet, let me know where the clog was, then replaced it. Within five minutes, he had the faucet working again! We have older fixtures that were installed in the 1980s, and some of the technicians don’t seem to be as knowledgeable with those fixtures, but lately, they’ve sent out the same technician who is knowledgeable.

They’ve been excellent! They’re very professional, and the technicians really know what they’re doing. They get the job done well and clean up after themselves. I trust that Robertson will do a good job.

Overall, the job went extremely well. Robertson's is very responsive, and did respond same day. Plumbing isn't cheap though.
