Description of Work: Had a water pressure issue and was concerned that the problem emanated from either the well pump or the pressure tank (either of which would cost into four figures easily). R E Robertson's rep was able to identify the problem, fix the portion that he could, and informed me that the rest of the problem was in the rented water softening equipment. Got in touch with the contractor for the rest of the problem and all was soon corrected 100%. Cost overall to fix was significantly less than 1/10 of the feared cost.

Description of Work: I can't speak more highly of these guys. Our air conditioner compressor cooling fan failed. After another company came on a Friday too late to order a $1000 fan motor for our air until Monday and were still fooling around Tuesday, Angies list gave me Roberston's name and another. In comparing costs of new units which have 40% more efficiency and use the latest coolant we decided to replace the whole 15 year old 4 ton unit. Robertson's estimator came the same day and was obviously knowledgeable in contrast to another company's estimator. I had a quote by the end of the day and it was slightly less than the others. After giving credit card in morning, the installers came the next day. They were pleasant to work with in moving things. I was impressed that the lead installer had been hired by the company into an apprenticeship program several years earlier after he admittedly had some trouble as a young man. | The person at the desk was on top of everything. Finding a company that had such competent and considerate employees was a rare pleasure.

Description of Work: The plan was to have a new ac unit, new heater coil, upgrade in the duct work out of the central unit, and dual wifi thermostats installed. I agreed to have the work done, with some confusion as to the "financing" provided by the company (a credit card application for wells Fargo). I was waiting for the updated proposal, and tried calling the office directly. They proposed directing me to the voicemail of the person that I hadn't heard from, and had no other assistance to offer. I ended up going with a different vendor, with better warranty benefits and a lower cost. Seems this contractor did me a favor!

Description of Work: SLUGGISH PLUMBING. LAUNDRY WATER BACKING UP INTO TUB DRAIN. RAN CABLE IN FROM C/O IN THE UTILITY ROOM. 55 FEET TO OUTSIDE. C/O DID NOT PULL ANYTHING BACK. RAN WATER TO CHECK.

Description of Work: THE QUALITY OF THE PLUMBING WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED WAS OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
