Description of Work: Ken cleaned our gutters. He did a great job, and was very professional. He called when he said he would, came when he said he would, and did what he said he would do. He worked for almost two hours, and everything was clean when he left. We will definitely ask him to come back.

Description of Work: Ken was very responsive to my request and responded by phone within a day. When he did come out to clean the gutters and replace the gutter guards, he was very professional and advised replacement of the gutters. He stated that any temporary work on the gutters in the condition they were in but not be cost-effective. Since he doesn't do that kind of work, he provided a couple of referrals and later followed up to make sure that I did find someone. He never charged for any of his time. He seems very honest and appears to take pride in his work.

Description of Work: Very very thorough job. THey took pictures of the gutters before and after. Not only did they remove debris, they also washed the cutters. Very impressed. Would definitely use these guys again!

+ -1 moreI called Ken Shean based on the Angie's List report. He was prompt and courteous on the phone and let me know in advance what he would do and estimated cost based on my house size. He came within two days and was very thorough. A great service for the price.
Description of Work: In about an hour he inspected and drove in any gutter nails that were loose, blew all leaves off the roof and gutters and made sure the downspouts were clear. On the ground he finished by blowing all the debris off the driveway and deck.

+ -1 moreThis company worked with us when our schedule didn't allow us to be home when they were coming out. They were able to do the work within two days of our call. Everything was cleaned up when we returned home and the job was done correctly. We will probably have them come out on a yearly basis.
Description of Work: Professional Gutter Cleaning cleaned all of the gutters in my 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house. I wasn't there when they did them, so I don't know the method they used but the gutters were cleaned out properly.

+ -1 moreI WOULD TELL SOMEONE TO GO TO HIM. YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT BECAUSE HE IS BUSY. HE GAVE ME A FREE QUOTE AND STAYED WITHIN THAT PRICE. HE WENT THROUGH A LOT OF EXTRA WORK TO MAKE SURE OUR GUTTERS WERE JUST AS WE WANTED.
Description of Work: HE PUT GUTTER GUARDS ON OUR GUTTERS. HE CLEANED AND WATERPROOFED THEM AS WELL.
