Description of Work: We bought our travertine tile for kitchen backsplash at In Home Stone. Our representative who helped us was nice and informative. The reason for the 'C' rating in professionalism is because when my husband and I walked into the store, no one greeted us. There were two young ladies at the desk but we were never acknowledged by them. When our representative walked into the room, she came over to greet us.
