It was great, they were on time, they were knowledgeable and they were able to fix something that no one else could figure out.

The technician came in and then go straight in fixing it without checking what was the problem. He tried to charge me for the work even he is supposed to do diagnostic check and fix. The freon that he put in did not last because he was no able to diagnosed the leak. The company and the technicians should have a better communications. I was able to provide all the details to the company but it looks like it was not passed along to the tech.

Michael & Son provided excellent service from initial diagnosis of air conditioner and options for replacement options through actual installation. All staff were professional. Communication was excellent. Received quotes from two other companies. Michael & Sons provided the most detailed proposal and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Their cost was competitive. I highly recommend the company based on my experience.

It was finally fixed but I was told after the fact that repairs are not waranteed and they don't like to fix, just replace. I also had to order my own parts and the company was not familiar at all with my faucet brand. I was told my initial service fee would be applied to my next visit and it was not

I was happy with it. They have always given us good service at a reasonable price. They stand by their service and they do give you good service. It probably is a little higher than others, but you do get a quality product. I only gave them a B on responsiveness is because in the middle of the busy times it's hard to get through to them but that is only because everyoneelse is doing the same thing.

They installed a new A/C unit, passed inspection. Excellent work! The A/C unit was also on the roof and gave me a discount.

I have an annual service contract with them. Two people came out. The price is right they are supposed to charge a service fee but I pay every month and can call as much as I need and they will send someone. I've been using them for 7 or 8 years. I have used them for years and years. They are professional. I use them all the time and I never reach out for anyone else. Sometimes their price is extremely high and I have to find a different plumber.

I've used them for years to do a lot of things. I have a contract with them. I pay money to them every month. I'm not afraid to go somewhere else though.

I was not pleased with the service we got with the toilet. We were supposed to have gotten a state of the art toilet and we have had so many call backs to have things done with that toilet. We had to pay more money out that was not free. I had a toilet I paid about $29 for and had for fifty something years that I paid $10 to have installed and I had it taken out to upgrade, it was working. This toilet that I got was supposed to be state of the art and I don't think the plumber did to good a job on that. I was not pleased at all.

The gentleman who did that was very efficient. His name was Gomez. I've been dealing with Michael and Sons you get good workers and ask them to come back and they are gone. I don't know if they are going to greener pastures of what. Other ones I have used seemed to go. Gomez was excellent. He was very polite. He cleaned up very well. He was just a very efficient worker.

His name was Griffen. He was great. He was efficient. He cleaned up real well behind himself.

I wouldn't use them again for gutter replacement. I thought they were overpriced. I thought they put them up a little too fast. I had the same thing done on my addiction for about three times cheaper done by a roof man for the same amount.

I just needed the upgrade professional. I enjoyed them coming out. They give you good service.

I would give them an "A" across the board. They have enough people out on the road that they get there fairly quickly.

I really liked that the thing that stood out is the efficiency of the technology. They sent me an email so I knew what to expect. That was very helpful. They were very precise in what they said they were going to do, and they did it. It's a good experience.

One tech came out and took about an hour to complete the service. They are expensive but dependable.

We have not had a lick of trouble since they came out.

Their a good full service company, they like to up-sell packages. The workers are professional.

Frankly, they weren't very good. They missed basic stuff.

I had a bad experience and am not going to call them again. It would have been nice if they had actually done the work. They did not do the work, but still charged us.

They are priced high and I would not grade them very highly.

The guy who comes out been phenomenal, the individual person that we happen to be assign with, the company has had some issue with scheduling, so that's the only reason I would mark them down. Most of what we've had done with them is been servicing, maintenance so from that perceptive they've kept our H vac system up and running without any hiccups or issues.

I think in the spring I had them out to check out the air conditioning. They had put in our air conditioning so it was part of a kind of a contract with them that they would come back and check it out. They've been very good.
