Outstanding custom work by a highly talented cabinet maker at a very reasonable price. Mine was an ambitious and complicated home library project. Bill helped me with the concept and did a fantastic job on the installation. He is busy so you have to be patient for him to start but once he begins the project he gets right on top of it and it is worth the wait. Excellent follow-up as well. For example, after he had finished I told him I had room for two more shelves. He made them and dropped them off the next day.

Mr. Bill is not only a great professional, but he is an AMAZING human being. Very polite and courteous.I have been in Customer Service for over 20 years and he far exceeded my expectations. He replaced my ugly, exposed hinges with modern, hydraulic, european hidden ones. The work performed was flawless, and it was done in less than 24 hours. I wish I had more work for him here. Bill was excellent to work with. He is professional, friendly, flexible and quick-working. I had some broken cabinet drawers that were not closing properly. Not being an expert, I was not even sure how to begin to explain the issue. But Bill listened very patiently and answered all my questions on the phone. He agreed to come out the same day we talked. And when I realized I would be running 30 minutes behind our agreed appointment time, I called him to reschedule, but he graciously said he would wait at my home for me, and did so without complaint. I thought that was very kind of him. As for the work, it was a minor repair. But he explained the cause of the problem so I could understand and then fixed it quickly and efficiently. Based on this experience, I will definitely consult Williams Custom Cabinets if I ever have another need, big or small, for my kitchen cabinets.

The service provider Bill Halgren arrived promptly, was courteous for an estimate. He clearly explained several options after which we agreed on the most reasonable and cost effective choice. The job was able to be done the same day. He worked quickly and efficiently. I feel that it's a job very well done!

I recently hired Bill to repair my kitchen cabinets. He was the only contractor to offer a viable solution for repairing the cabinets. While, other contractors offered to glue the cabinets. Bill offered to rebuild and strengthened them. He also went the extra mile to provide complimentary molding, repaired my daughter's Pottery Barn bed and complete some other work for a reasonable price. His workmanship was excellent and the work was completed on time. I am extremely picky. He exceeded my expectations, which in today's market doesn't happen often. Very professional, excellent craftsmanship

Williams Custom Cabinets worked with me on finding nontoxic products for our custom kitchen cabinets. He was willing to use a water based polyurethane rather than the standard one, to avoid allergies and health problems. His creativity and vision gave us ideas we would have never thought of ourselves, despite many hours of our own planning and visioning. He was on time, kept his word, called if there was a problem, and was very generous with his time and talent. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering custom cabinet work. His prices were very reasonable and more affordable than we would have thought. Highly recommended.

No doubt at all, Bill is a 6 star Contractor!!! He helped me design our custom bar ~ took my ideas and put his ideas ` together `; going above and beyond !! The outcome of this bar is ` gorgeous` !! In addition, he built a custom desk - to adjoin a bookcase - we were not able to fit a desk too. Would recommend, absolutely, his expertise and craftsmanship.
