Jarlath provided a detailed explanation of the work required and most importantly he completed the work as promised, on-time and on budget. On my next project Jarleth will be the first call I make.

The contractor came later the same morning that I called him, at the time he gave me, which was very prompt and convenient. He inspected the wiring, and found and corrected a small problem that he found. His fee was reasonable. My only negative comment would be that he flipped all the breakers in the breaker box while trying to pinpoint the problem. In the process, he turned on the hot water heater, which had been winterized and had no water in it. I hope he did not blow the filament in it.
