Absolutely fantastic work very please

I contacted Bruno Bastos to renovate my bathrooms and build a deck for my home. Bruno and the workers were extremely polite, punctual, professional, neat, and did an excellent job in completing the job on schedule so that I could use the deck in time for summer. Bruno was very easy to reach, and he did a great job in accommodating all my requests, which I really appreciate because it was a job which other companies turned down. I will definitely be reaching out to Xtend for the renovations I plan next year and would highly recommend them to others in the Boston area.

My project was very complicated since I have a hill where I want to put a deck and stairs coming off it leading from my patio. The gentlemen that worked on my deck were Paulo and Glenis. They were great and really know what theyâ re doing- the carpentry is phenomenal! I LOVE my new deck!

I wrote an earlier review that was negative, but since then they have been trying hard to make amends. I believe my problems with them were a result of communication issues.

Despite my down payment and written contract. Bruno did not show up to do the porch project as promised.

Xtend Contracting management style (Bruno Bastos) is terrible, with no scheduling being provided and found it extremely difficult to communicate with Bruno. We signed a contract and the trim work that started on 7/29/2020 has not been finalized yet, with no expected completion date. In addition, we signed a change order on 4/7/2021 and paid the full amount as requested to finish the job that was pending, but we are still waiting. Since 4/7/2021 Xtend Contracting crew has only worked 1 day and now we are being asked for more money in order to finish the job. The only positive note is that we don t have any complaint on the work that has been completed up to date. The crew (Paolo and Glen) has done an excellent job meeting our expectations. If we knew when we signed the contract what we know now, we definitely would not have hired Xtend Contracting.

Paulo, the carpenter in charge, went well beyond what was required.

Bruno was helpful throughout the entire process. There were concerns because of the COVID-19, and that led to time delays that were unforeseen, but Bruno was responsive to my calls. When the project got started, the crew was very professional and competent - and answered all questions. Having done a lot of construction, renovations, prior to retiring, working during the pandemic presented challenges. But XTend was accommodating throughout.

I was very pleased with George he kept me informed of the progression of the project and also any extra work that needed to be done due to unforeseen damage during demolition. The cost of my project was very reasonable and the work performed was professional. There were some minor issues that I brought to Georges attention and he immediately addressed and corrected them without question . I also asked George if he could give me a price on fall cleanup which he did and after agreeing on a price he had his crew out the same day and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

The quality of workmanship was way above expectations. The cost was extremely reasonable. There were a few minor issues with communication related to status of start up but could be attributed to our current covid conditions. I would highly recommend Bruno and his talented team to anyone.

Bruno and his crew redid a walk in mudroom/entry way. The work they did was great! He was straight forward and honest from day 1. It is hard to find contractors that will show up, do the job they promised and provide great customer service at a decent price. Xtend and Bruno did all of these. Everything did not go smoothly on the job a few things popped up like they always do. He worked with me to make sure everything was done and done correctly. He even went above and beyond the work that I contracted them for. I would 100% recommend working with them!

Bruno and his team at Xtend were excellent. Bruno was careful to work within my budget. The deck is beautiful. The construction team was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Each day the debris from the project was removed. They did great work - completely exceeded my expectations.

Excellent work, completely remodeled an older crooked wooden deck. Replaced old split wood with composite decking, railings and stairs. It was designed to compliment my house. Workers were knowledgeable, and did a lot of custom work. Cleaned up and disposed every piece of the old deck up to the last nail. I highly recommend Bruno and Xtend contracting.

Our whole experience with Xtend was extremely good, better than we have had with other contractors. The workers were knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. They worked quickly, not skipping days. And our new roof deck is amazing, they thought of details such as how to create a finished edge around the deck, how to frame the skylight. We highly recommend Bruno and Xtend.

Xtend Contracting I am writing this survey to endorse and express my satisfaction with Xtend Contracting with a Project that I have undertaken for my house last month. I have been impressed by the way in which Bruno and his crew built my rear deck and timing. The flexibility in working with us during busy morning where we are getting ready for work and school enabled us to run our daily activity without disruption. I have to say that Brunoâ s response time was awesome, and his customer service is top notch. He is one of the few Contractors that I deal with that actually delivers what they promise and then some. It is refreshing to work with Xtend Contractor. I should also mention that every time I hired someone to help with our deck, I was royally burned. I started to think that I was never going to find someone to help, and I was almost afraid to agree to pay anyone else for this type of work. Bruno helpl us with a problem that we've been throwing money at for a year with no results. And I want everyone to know that Bruno and his subcontractors are great, and their hard work are appreciated. I would have no hesitation in engaging Xtend Contracting in future projects.

Great group of guys who were always professional and nice to have around. Did both our deck and re-did the shingles (from vinyl siding) on our house. They are not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for! Thanks guys! The house looks awesome.

We hired Xtend Contracting to re-build our deck. The owner, Bruno, was very professional and quick to respond. Bruno is very knowledgeable on construction and was able to answer every concern we had along the way - Bruno was always responsive and available. They tore down our old deck and re-built it. The quality of work was impeccable. The workers were quick, knew their trade and did an amazing job on the deck - the quality and aesthetics are above what we had imagined. Highly recommend.

I contracted with Xtend Contractors to repair my porch. The project took much longer than anticipated but is now being completed.The quality of the workmanship is top notch and the staff is great to work with.

Bruno and his crew gave me a competitive price and followed through by doing a top notch job. They tore down my decrepit old front porch and installed a porch made from composite materials. His team did a great job, they were courteous, and they worked quickly. I am so happy with their work that I am having them come back to do another job for me on my front door replacement. There are lots of contractors out there,.. and Xtend is a step above. I would highly recommend using them for your next project.
