Star locksmith another Angie's list recommendation came through for us after our home purchase. They arrived on time and provided a reasonable quote. They were able to do all work on site which included drilling into door to add a deadbolt lock. They were efficient and cleaned up any debri. I would highly recommend.

The provider called prior to our appointment to state that he was on his way. He arrived on time, gave me his business card and was able to open the broken door quickly. He showed me why the problem had occurred and gave me an estimate of the cost to fix it. He had replacement parts in his truck and replaced the handle and lock in no time. He was polite and courteous.

Very responsive and able to come out and re-key 5 locks within hours of calling. I forgot to have him re-key the basement door and had him back out a few days later and he had it done quickly and was reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again if needed.

It went very well, the technician was fast, helpful, and asked good questions to help me get the right type of key system installed for our new property, which needed a master key system for ease of entry by both the landlord and tenant units with separate keys on the inner doors. The provider was great, we touched base on the morning that I purchased the special (Monday) and we set up the appointment on Wednesday afternoon. On Monday afternoon, he contacted me to let me know that he could be over in an hour! Great services, quick and at a great cost! Great, very professional. Good communication, showed up on time, was flexible, did what I needed quickly and did it well. No complaints at all.

He came out at 7am on a Wednesday so I wouldn't have to take time off of work. He was on time and extremely professional. He quoted me $45 for service fee and $25 per lock to rekey. In addition, I paid him $75 to install a difficult double front door, which took about an hour to complete. He insisted on cleaning up after himself and I can honestly say I never had a door lock that was so easy to lock/unlock. Will use again and highly recommend.

We were completely satisfied with the experience with Star Locksmith. He was able to come to our house the same day that we called. He was prompt and courteous, and was able to repair the lock quickly and effectively.

It was excellent. I called in the morning when I woke up, and he was by my door in 30 minutes. He was going to initially replace the deadbolt. Then, he realized the deadbolt in my door was not a typical one, so he offered to replace just the cylinder of the lock, which actually lowered the price. He did the whole thing in less than 20 minutes. He is VERY professional. When I mentioned that I saw him on Angie's List (just because I was talkative), he let me know that I had a 10% discount because of AL. How great is that! I will definitely use him for all my locksmith needs from now on.

They were great! I called the day before and set up a time. They were punctual and professional and changes the locks on two adjoining properties within an hour. We discussed different costs options and I went with mid-range price solution with no push back. All works perfectly and I was delighted by the professionalism, service and punctuality.

He called ahead and most importantly he was ontime. It is very hard to get contractor to be ontime. He was quick, only roughly 30 mins to rekey l 3 locks. He also fixed up the door or lock to make the door easier to close. Regarding the price, this is the first time I used a locksmith to rekey lock so it is hard for me to tell if it is a good price.

It was excellent. They got right back to me right away, very friendly and they explained to me what they were doing. They would not waste your time and they cleaned up. They're very aware of what was going on around like if they left anything. I have a dog and they're very friendly to my dog and they did a great job on my door.

I love him! He is probably the best person I’ve ever done business with! I have been doing work with him for a few years now. He doesn’t just change locks, he makes sure everything is done to my satisfaction and that the properties are safe. He goes way, way above and beyond changing locks. He is a good person that I would recommend him to anyone and I have!

My wife called at 8:30 and they were here within the hour, as promised. The technician worked through the issues with us (do we replace the front door locks or just rekey them?) and offered us a range of options. He was also quick to point out that the lock on our side door was actually non-compliant and unsafe (we replaced it). Since we only went with one provider, I can't comment on the price other than that it felt high. That having been said, he did excellent work for the money, even adjusting one of the locks so it would engage without having to apply extreme pressure against the door. They cut us four (4) keys included in the service price. We would likely call them again for lock work.

The entire experience was great. I phoned Star Locksmith at 9 am and they were at my house two hours later. It took only a second to diagnose the problem and another 10 minutes to fix the assembly. Bulent was a pleasure to deal with and his price for the repair was incredibly reasonable. I would call him again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to friends.

Bulent was great! He provided guidance on what type of lock we needed. He returned phone calls! He was flexible when I had to change the appointment. On the day of installation, he was punctual, worked quickly, cleaned up and was professional and polite. Of course, these are all fundamental things that one would hope for from any contractor but in my experience, few of them deliver. Bulent and his assistant were extremely courteous and professional. He promptly returned my initial phone call and came to my house the next day, arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. He even called me to make sure I was ok with him arriving early! The entire process took less than two hours. When he was finished, Bulent explained everything they had done, and gave me time to test the locks. Everything works wonderfully. The previous owners of the house gave us keys that didn't work at all, so it is quite nice to have keys to our house that work like a charm. I had him here in 2012 and he was excellent. He is very courtious and takes his time to do a very professional job. His prices seem reasonable. He gave me double keys for each of the locks. He also had to take the old locks off the outdoor gates, which wasn't easy. My keys had been stolen, and so this was very time consuming. He did a really good job all the way across the board. The gentleman's name was Bulent Hatipoglu and I would definately hire him again.

The installation took some skill, as the prior lock had been poorly installed. He had to do some work on the door frame to make it it fit nicely. Bulent was professional, fast, and pleasant. I highly recommend him.
