Star Locksmith was awesome. They arrived at the start of their window and patiently waited for me, as I was stuck in traffic behind an accident. The deal covered 4 locks on 2 doors, so I paid $30 each for 2 additional sliding door locks. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

They re-keyed all the door locks and deadbolts in my house. They noticed that one bolt plate was missing, and replaced it at no cost. They were responsive, flexible, quick, and inexpensive. I would definitely hire them again!

I had used this contractor before and was very happy with their work. I called again on 12/30 and the technician came over 12/31. Instead of replacing a lock that wasn't working, he took it apart and repaired it, which took longer and was more challenging for him to do, but as he said, it would save considerable money. He re-keyed two other locks. Quick, smart, professional.

Used this locksmith to replace two complete exterior door Schlage handle set locks, two exterior Schlage door knob locks, repair a storm door handle and lock and key all of them to operate on the same key. The work preformed was done professionally and at a very reasonable price. He showed up on time and had all the materials and parts required in his truck. Very impressed with this locksmith and would definitely have him back to do any additional work. I highly recommend this company for your locksmith needs.

Star Locksmith is very competent and professional. I have an old front door and invested in a very nice Schlage lock and handle set that requires a mortise to be cut.

The provider sent an email (after scheduling an appointment) saying that neither labor nor materials were covered. So, nothing was covered. I'm not sure what the $19 was for!

Star Lock said that the ad was misprinted and it was just for the cost to have them come to your house, the cost of service would be extra. Said they communicated this with Angie's List, but they were unable to make the change. Star Lock should have let me know this before wasting my time for them to show up, so I am pretty upset with my overall experience with Angie's list as a result.

We just moved into a new property and needed the locks changed. We had 4 changed. Everything was quick, easy, and professional.

Very responsive. Came next day to give an estimate on a mortise lock. Professional. Gave us estimates and left us a catalog to look through it. While we didn't use their service at this time, we will call them in the future.

Read the reviews of the provider on Angie's list and were impressed. Placed a call to find out about the costs and time. The person responding was very professional and clearly explained the costs involved and the time it would take. I was impressed by the straight up, no nonsense response i got. Booked an appointment for later in the evening. The guy was running late but the office called me in advance to notify of this which was commendable considering he was running just 10 mins late. Once the guy was in, he was courteous and very professional. Assessed what was needed to be done, gave an estimate and then got working on it. He had trouble with one of the digital locks but saw that he got the job done right. He was very patient in explaining what he had done and walked me through the locks operation and maintenance ( replacement of battery, do's and don't's). Overall, it was a perfect experience, i would recommend this locksmith anyday. I would definitely use their services in the future.

Highly responsive and punctual. During the first try he couldn't replace the door to sliding door, but came back with right spare parts. Also respected Angie's list membership discount once he learnt that I used this services to locate him. Good to do business with!
