Bulent and his colleague came for a free estimate and stayed to do the work. They worked very quickly and although they had to drill bigger holes in the doors for the new locks, they left everything clean and tidy (no wood shavings mess). They were friendly, punctual, and very quick to reply via the Angie's message system (that's how we scheduled the appointment). The price was reasonable given the quality of locks we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Star Locksmith was great. Incredibly professional, responsive and courteous. Not sure normal pricing for this type of service, seemed a little high but he was very fast and did a great job. Even adjusted some of our doors so the locks closed easier. Would recommend for sure!

I was very pleased with the work that Bulent completed at my house today! He installed two new deadbolts to doors that had to have the hole drilled, fixed the one I messed up, and rekeyed all of the doors and locks to the same key. He was prompt, polite, and even cleaned up after himself when I told him not to worry about it because the house is still in the construction phase and a mess. Very happy I chose Star Locksmith and will use them whenever I need in the future and recommend them as well!

I called Star-Locksmith for an emergency call, Bulent, the repairman was here in under an hour of the call. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate Star.Locksmith for future work.

Everything went fantastic. I was able to get an appointment within a day of calling at what I considered a very reasonable rate for a house call, the labor and new keys. Bulent came out with an assistant and both were extremely polite and professional. They called an hour ahead of time to see if I was available since they were coming off of an earlier job ahead of schedule. No problem for me, I was already home. Entire process took about 20 - 30 minutes. On time, on budget and a good quality result. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a locksmith.

They were great. They called half an hour ahead to say they could come early if we were available but understood when we said we wouldn't be able to meet them more than a few minutes early. They were friendly, patient, talked through options with us, cleaned up after themselves, and did a few extras like making extra keys and adjusting the locks so the doors closed more easily without charging extra beyond the price of re-keying. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Bulent is great. We've hired him before, and would again if needed. He is responsive. He came when he said he would. He re-keyed all the external locks of our new house, and he did it quickly and for a reasonable rate. This is what we've come to expect of his work, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs work done on locks.

he came by and replaced the locks at our new house. He was in and out in about and hour and did everything that needed to be done. I would use him again.

I got his name from your list after calling another guy who insisted he had to provide the locks! I called Star on Wednesday afternoon and we were able to schedule an appointment for Friday. Star called Friday morning to ask if he could come earlier. I was home so I agreed. I showed him and his assistant the locks, etc. that I purchased and where they were to go. He gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable so I told him to proceed. He and his assistant finished the job in about an hour plus. They had some problems but were able to fix them. They installed two deadbolts, one lockable doorknob, one plain doorknob and a fancy door handle and made six keys.

He was great. He saved us $2000. He is unbelievable. It took us seven years to find out who could fix it. He is a super star.
