Description of Work: Responsiveness is a clear strength. They properly fixed a warped oven door - had to wait for the parts. But they effectively worked with the tenant who had high marks for them.

Description of Work: They did have to return for a second call with parts, and the repair was successful ( dishwasher).

Description of Work: The first service engineer determined a new motor needed to be ordered for my dishwasher. He gave me an estimate of cost and a date for the repair, the cost was accurate and they were able to install the new motor before the original time estimate.

Description of Work: Fixed Thermador range that was not heating up properly. Also provided pricing for repairs on dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave.

Description of Work: Fixed my refrigerator so that it would stop defrosting the stuff in my freezer and stop freezing everything in my refrigerator. |Had to order the part and was back within a few days to fix the issue. |I have used them in the past and will continue to use them. My parents and my brother have also used them.

Description of Work: Overall great. Professional and friendly customer service -- via phone and in person. The one complaint I have is that they don't provide a time of day when the technician will arrive. They call 30 minutes before he/she arrives. I'm lucky enough to work from home, so it was not a problem. If you want to use these folks -- and I recommend that you do -- you will have to wait at home all day.

Description of Work: I called on a Wednesday for repairs to a washing machine and oven. At the time I called, they were scheduling for Thursday morning. I did not need them until Friday, and requested a morning appointment. I was told they would be there before noon and I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. On Friday, there was no call and at noon I called the 1-800 number (only contact number) and was told that there was no way to get in touch with the repair person to determine the time of arrival. By 1:00 no one had arrived and I called again, and again was told that they had no way of contacting the repair person. Finally someone arrived late afternoon. Considering that I called on Wednesday (when they were booking for Thursday morning) I think that the morning appointment on Friday should have been met. | |However, the repair person was very professional. He informed me that the cost to repair the washing machine would be too high vs. replacing it with a new one, and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining it. He quickly repaired the oven (broiler unit needed replacement). Earlier in the day I had a new dishwasher installed (by a different company) and he went out of his way to show me how to clean out the dishwasher drain and gave me maintenance tips on it as well. | |If not for the lack of punctuality and the call center claiming that they could not contact the repair person, I would have given them a higher overall grade.

Description of Work: Service was excellent. Easy to make an appointment, service man came as scheduled, very good and fast worker. Walked me through issues & proceeded. Did an excellent job cleaning up (after had to remove back wall in freezer, the drain & replace and all the frozen food.

Description of Work: Fixed the motor in our dishwasher. They have previously replaced a part on our refrigerator. They are always friendly, patient, and explain everything. They put a fix in place in our fridge so we could use it while waiting for the part to come in.
