The workman was very polite, prompt, and friendly. He cleaned up his work area when finished. The prices seemed high, though.

Technicians were professional, thorough and personable. Explained everything they were doing. I determined following day that I had an existing repair warranty for the refrigerator from manufacturer. Spoke to Same Day and they agreed to refund the parts portion of their repair bill.

We were able to schedule our refrigerator repair easily. The tech (Alex) called ahead, was on time, diagnosed the problem rapidly and completed the repair efficiently. He was pleasant, competent, and professional. While slightly more expensive than I'd anticipated, I'd use their service again.

Person on the phone was polite and courteous; the repairman was one of the nicest I've ever met. He called ahead to say when he would be there (25 minutes lead time), and arrived on time. Took the time to explain everything. Extremely courteous and respectful. The price is a little high, but I guess that's to be expected when you replace most of the guts of a machine (I could have gotten a new one for less, but this unit was one of the top rated models in its day, and the cheaper new one would have to be the bottom of the barrel with only a 1 year warranty, and the new parts I got have a 5 year warranty). They have pretty much every major and minor part on their truck, so it's highly likely they can fix what they find. I forget how many parts he said he has on his truck, but it was a very large number. I was very, very happy with my experience. They were a VERY pleasant find on the list! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They certainly live up to their name, which was great because there were wet clothes waiting for the dryer, which broke down the night before. Love their ''we'll call you and let you know when to be home'' service. Really makes planning a lot easier. Knowledgeable and didn't try to do unnecessary work just for money. In fact, told us how to replace washer hoses ourselves so as to save us some money. Dryer is better than ever.

They're very easy to deal with and made excellent explanations on the work they were doing. I didn't have any trouble with my stove after they fixed it.

Many tries with GE service proved unsuccessful. Alex of Same Day Service corrected the problem He was pleasant, neat and determined to obtain a solution.I would use this company again with confidence. I feel their price was reasonable.

They felt the stove was still good. They gave a 5 year warranty for work they did.

repairman was prompt, efficient, polite and friendly. He noticed that a portion of the dryer venting was not up to code and replaced that portion free of charge. I would certainly use them again.

Great service! I didn't call until about noon, so they came the next day. Alex, my service person, was really good. He also replaced the bulb in my oven at no charge, in addition to fixing the refrigerator. I tried to replace the light myself, but couldn't get the screws out. Alex did it with no problem. I was impressed by the number of parts they carry. Alex also told my how to do another repair myself as it would have been very expensive due to the labor to replace the $3 part. I've ordered the part to do it.

Repaired the fridge in a single visit. Scheduling to within a couple hour window was easy. The repairmen quickly identified the problem and were able to replace the condenser-fan motor on the spot. They were courteous & communicative, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm not sure whether the price deserves an A or B grade, but overall was a definite A.

Prompt diagnostic call. Took close to 10 days to get them back to install parts. Courteous technician. They quote a service plan for future work which some may find interesting. We've generally chosen to self insure on these appliances. Probably a reasonable price for a pretty extensive job. Follow-up time could not be defined the day prior, a major issue some days (fine for us this day).

Excellent service. Two polite service techs arrived within 1.5 hours. Quickly diagnosed problem, had part on their truck, and replaced worn out part. Very friendly and professional. A bit pricey but worth it. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

The company was prompt and courteous in returning my message and arranging an appointment for the next day (although they offered to send someone out the same day as the call). The technician was friendly and efficient, repaired the disposal and showed me the cause of the breakdown, and explained how to do some preventive maintenance. This was the first time we used this company, and would not hesitate to use them again.

They really do come same day. We weren't able to accommodate that when we called but they came the first date we were able to be home. Diagnosed and repaired items 1 and 2 and came back w/ part for 3. Unfortunately, the original diagnosis for the washing machine proved wrong, but they came to re-repair immediately at no extra charge. The repairmen were very nice, courteous and professional. Expensive but they show up and do the work in a way you would expect. I'd rate them A's across the board except they made a mistake on the first washing machine repair (which was immediately corrected).

All contact with this company was courteous, prompt, and professional. They made several follow-up calls to confirm appointments and specify arrival times. Very punctual for both appointments. Alex carefully evaluated the situation and explained our options. Steve came three days later and carefully did the repairs in a thorough manner, was considerate of our home, cleaned up, and clearly explained how to maintain the fridge in tip-top shape. We were very impressed with this company, and heartily recommend them for appliance repairs.

I called them in the morning, and they had someone to my house that same day. They even called during the day to give updates on when I could expect the service man to arrive. The service man was very professional; he found and fixed the problem quickly.

Worked quickly and neatly, and didn't try to add extra services. Also came on time.

I CALLED SAME DAY SERVICE'S DISPATCH & THEY SCHEDULED THE VISIT FOR THE NEXT EVENING. BRUCE WAS ON TIME, VERY NICE & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EVEN THREW IN A COUPLE MAINTENANCE ITEMS (BELTS, LEVELING) ALONG WITH THE JOB & FINISHED EVERYTHING IN UNDER 2 HOURS. FOR THE OVEN, SAME DAY CAME FIRST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM & THEN ORDERED THE PART. A FEW WEEKS LATER THEY RETURNED & INSTALLED THE NEW PART. BOTH VISITS WERE BRIEF, THE REPAIRMEN WERE ON-TIME & PLEASANT AND THE OVEN WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN. WE'D DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON SAME DAY AS THE CALL WAS MADE - AS ADVERTISED. THEY CALLED 1/2 HOUR BEFORE COMING TO ALLOW ME TIME TO BE THERE. SERVICEMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID. HE ALERTED ME TO A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN THE DRYER AND THEN PERFORMED NEEDED SERVICE ON THE SPOT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THE SERVICE AGAIN.

WAYNE CAME BY TO LOOK AT THE 32 YEAR OLD DOUBLE OVEN IN OUR NEW HOUSE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN FIGURING OUT THE PROBLEM AND LETTING US KNOW THAT THE PARTS WE NEED ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I THOUGHT HE WAS GREAT AND I AM GRATEFUL THAT I DIDN'T SPEND MONTHS TRYING TO FIND PARTS THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE. MY ONLY SOLUTION IS TO GET A NEW OVEN.

THE SERVICEMEN WERE ALWAYS POLITE, NEAT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO REPAIR BEFORE THEY COMMITTED TO IT. THE BUSINESS HAS SOMEONE ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE 24/7 AND GET A SERVICEMAN TO SHOW UP WITHIN 24 HOURS. FANTASTIC RESPONSE. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME. IT WAS ALSO CONVENIENT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

I CALLED AT 10AM AND SPOKE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS INDEED SCHEDULED FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT THAT SAME DAY. TECHNICIANS ARE SCHEDULED ACCORDING TO LOCAL SO THEY CAN'T GIVE YOU AN EXACT TIME FRAME; THEY WORK 8AM TO 8PM. IF YOU NEED TO GO OUT THEY JUST ASK THAT YOU CALL THEIR SERVICE TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WILL WORK AROUND THAT. THE TECHNICIAN ALSO CALLS YOU DIRECTLY RIGHT BEFORE HE COMES OVER. I FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND ABLE TO PROVIDE FAST, RELIABLE SERVICE. THE TECHNICIAN WHO SHOWED UP WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, THE COST WITH ANGIE'S DISCOUNT, PARTS, LABOR ETC. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK ABOUT 40 MINUTES AND I WAS BACK UP AND RUNNING MY WASHER THAT NIGHT. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH SAME-DAY SERVICE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

SERVICEMAN WAS PUNCTUAL (NOT THE "SAME DAY", HOWEVER) AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. GAVE AN ESTIMATE BEFORE BEGINNING REPAIRS. REPAIR HAS WITHSTOOD THE TEST OF TIME. WOULD CERTAINLY CALL ON THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
