Same Day Service Company Inc

Although I find they are a bit too expensive, they are prompt and very professional. A while back they fixed my oven and I would certainly use their services again. I think they do very good work.

I have used their services on a number of occasions. Their pricing is reasonable. I chose them as their response time is the same day or next day service. The repairman showed up as scheduled. He was very respectful and nice. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost.

I chose this company out of the phone book. The repairman called 30 minutes ahead as advertised. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. He followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure all was well.

Excellent. We called on Saturday afternoon and they were there first thing Monday to repair the fridge. The technician was professional, had the broken part on his truck, explained why it broke and how to avoid in the future. The cost was reasonable and service prompt and courteous.

Excellent. The company is true to their name, Same Day Service Company. We called first thing in the morning and were only available at home until 1:00, and they fit us in and were done by noon. They were very accommodating, and Mike diagnosed and easily fixed the problem. He also gave us some good advice on dishwashers as we are preparing to buy a new one.

Same day service is fantastic. I called at 8:00am and got service the same day. The washer gave out on a Thursday night and within 24 hours they had replaced the broken part. They also took a look at one of the burners on my stove and diagnosed a problem that I decided to solve later.

Everything turned out just fine. They showed up on time and got the job done. They had to come out two times because the first time was just to see what was going on. Then, they had to order the part.

They were very excellent and very fast. The pricing was reasonable and everything. I did have to pay for the parts as well. They did solve the problem and the stove works great now.

They have a great system of letting you know what time that are going to be there. I think this is a huge asset considering the fact that most people work and have to leave their jobs. A lot of other companies tell you that they will come anytime between 8 and 5, but not this company. We would definitely call them again. I do not remember what the exact price was, but it was very reasonable.

In retrospect, this company was very clean and we loved the fact that they came out and were able to fix the stove with the right parts the same day. We also liked how professional and courteous they were.

They charged us a very reasonable price. They were very polite and they explained everything that they were going to do before they did it. They even showed us what they did when they were finished.

Quick response (really was "Same Day"). Diagnosed problems fast and accurately, had parts in van, and repairs worked. Sold me a service contract at a good price, no pressure. The dryer had a missing door gasket, which a Maytag repairman said was no big deal. Same Day found very high temp inside the dryer which could have caused a fire. This was fixed by reinstalling the missing gasket.

I can't say enough about the excellent quality of our interactions with Same Day Service. We had been trying to get the company who sold us the stove to fix it for over two months. They kept telling us the parts were on order. We requested the repair from Same Day Service on a Friday, they said it would take about a week to get the part in. They called us on Monday afternoon and said the part was in and they could fix the stove on Tuesday, which they did. It was a fabulous experience.

I called Same Day service after receiving the referral from Angie's List. The company was at my home within two hours and assessed the repair. I was given the cause for the repair and the cost to repair it. Same Day Service was kind enough to reduce the price part by 10%. The part was put on order before the repair man left. I asked the repair man to reconnect the oven. He did so once he assessed it was safe but he did inform me that the problem may reoccur. It did. The company was willing to come back to disconnect the oven but I was able to turn the circuit breaker myself. The part was installed when it came in. I have had no other problems with the oven.

Same Day was highly reliable and responsible, though the job did take longer than we had hoped. They came on the day I called, and diagnosed the problem, after another company had come and was unable to fix the machine. We had to wait a few days for the parts. They then called and scheduled to come out and fix the washer the following day. When they came, they were unable to fix the problem but indicated there were several things wrong. They would need to order more parts, and would call when the parts were available. They called two days later and scheduled a time to come the following day. They came at the time requested and fixed the machine, at no charge beyond the original estimate. Despite the wait, I felt they were highly professional and reliable, and our machine is now working properly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Repairman came out to diagnose the cause of a leak. He gave me the estimate and said he needed to order parts. While he was here he cleaned my refrigerator coils and checked the ovens and gas cook top free of charge. A week later a different repairman came out to install the needed parts. He worried me a little at first because he said he would have trouble removing the dishwasher because it had been glued to the granite counter top. Then he realized that that was not the case, that the dishwasher was attached to the cabinets by horizontal rather than vertical screws. Then he had to call in to the office for instructions. In the end, he replaced the parts and everything seems to be working well.

Great service. Probably pay a premium but called in the morning. Said that I had to find a time around my work schedule. They said no problem and would call when a serviceman was available and within a half hour if that was convenient. If not, they would keep trying. Came on time. Fixed the problem.

Late Christmas afternoon, I submitted a service request to the company. At 8 am the following day, I received a phone call from the company representative looking to schedule a service call. ''Call to meet'' option was explained. 15 to 20 minutes later, I got a call that I was first on the list. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later, diagnosed the problem (defective condenser motor), and replaced the condenser motor. The technician kept me informed as to progress, cleaned up very well, and was able to head to work by around 10:30 am. My only concern was the price of the service. However, I don't have a good basis of comparison so I don't feel I can evaluate the price fairly. The price was right in line with the estimate.

They were prompt, explained the problem, gave me an estimate. During the repair, there was a miscommunication between myself and the technician about the extent of the repairs. I thought the price was high for the repair I thought was being performed but had the work done anyway. Within days, I received a Customer Satisfaction form which I completed and returned with my complaint. Their Service Manager immediately called me, heard my complaint and we worked out a satisfactory resolution. I was extremely impressed with their attention to Customer Satisfaction which was very refreshing to see in this part of the country. I still think the price was high, but maybe I'm not used to the prices in this part of the country yet.

Job 1: They are excellent. The way they treat you is excellent. They come the same day like they promise. Very pleasant to work with, from the office staff to the repairmen. Job 2: My double ovens were non-functioning the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Same Day was excellent. hey made a service call the same day I called and installed the new computer board the day after Thanksgiving. They had tried to get a new board before Thanksgiving but were unsuccessful. They were very courteous and took care of another problem I had with my dryer.

Excellent service. I called at 8:00 am, told them I would like someone in the afternoon. They arrived at 1:45 pm that day; problem analyzed and fixed in 40 minutes. Last time, I needed a repair it took two trips and weeks to get the part from the manufacturer's local "authorized service" provider.

We were quite pleased with service rendered by Same Day Service. True to their name, they were on-site working on our refrigerator within 3 hours of our call. The service man provided an accurate assessment of the problem and a reasonable guess at what the final bill would total (low by 20%). While he did work to clear the severe ice build up, he ultimately left that in our hands as it would have taken him another couple of hours with a hair dryer. We waited the 12 hours while the iceberg succumbed to global warming and then were able to start it up without incident.

They came when they said on early Saturday. They were very clear and helpful, worked quickly, cleaned up well and were extremely pleasant. I can't imagine better service.

They were very professional. They called my cell phone before arriving to give me time to get home, they introduced themselves politely and showed up exactly when they promised. They immediately figured out what was wrong with my washer, explained my options and after I agreed to the work, fixed it quickly. I was also having a problem with my dryer, but they asked how long ago I had purchased it. It was still under warranty (I had no idea) and they told me how to get GE to fix it for free. So honest! I'm about to call them again for a problem with my dishwasher.
